The care doesn't matter if you can't get in touch with anyone…read more It's easy enough to make an appt online, but after that - GFY Try calling, using the portal, or messaging via website; no response. The medicine refill message says they will call you back in 24 hours - after leaving multiple messages over a month, they still haven't. YOU DESERVE BETTER. Go elsewhere.

Went to see Dr. Gaines as I had been having recurring shoulder issues for years. Front desk was…read moreglacially slow, but the nurse and doctor were both understanding and knowledgeable. They took X rays which ended up showing nothing, and recommend a PT nearby; if I still had issues after a month, they said a CAT scan was the best bet. They acknowledged I probably just needed that period, but hey, insurance. Front desk kept me there for another 15 min at the end only to print a paper the doctor had already handed me. PT went well but it was still bugging me. Called a month later to make a follow up for the CAT scan. First time they were closed at 2pm on a random Tuesday, and the recording said to call back during business hours. Second time a day later, they had me on hold for 20min, were absolutely baffled that I wanted a follow up, asked me if I still lived at the address from where I was a kid (no clue how they had it), and then put me back on hold for another 20 minutes before I hung up. Called back again the following day, and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Doctors and nurses here were great. I sincerely hope they can get a competent front desk staff.

Not worth the risk…read more Anyone who's been to PT before knows that, when picking the right therapist to work with, right up there with "quality of care" is "consistency of care" -- that disruptions or inconsistencies in treatment can not just limit healing, but actually create setbacks. The two primary therapists are great -- Jordan, who I worked with, is knowledgeable and friendly ... and the rotating team of staff and interns they have are perfectly nice as well, although Jordan had to spend more time explaining my exercises and treatments to them than to me, which definitely slowed down the individual visits. However, after almost a month of working with Jordan, the office administrator informed me via phone call that -- despite having pre-authorized and gotten approval from my insurance, in fact he was wrong and their office was not in-network for me. Now, obviously the biggest issue here is that we still have an insurance system in this country that makes it overwhelmingly difficult and expensive for patients to receive the care they need. But also, REALLY? This is why we go through the referral and pre-authorization process with insurance companies -- so that once we're told we're allowed to see a medical provider, we can expect the continuity of care needed to resolve an issue. The incompetence of the office administrator, Shaun, essentially boiled down to that he didn't provide the insurance company with all of the requisite information (e.g. which office location I was requesting PT at), which resulted in this very unfortunate situation. That's some pretty basic due diligence for someone whose job entails medical billing, and a failure which has resulted in some very tangible delays in my recovery. I would have highly recommended the care I received from Jordan; however, I don't know how I could recommend anyone take the risk that their PT be interrupted due to this level of negligence. tl;dr: In the middle of rehab for a debilitating injury, I'm stuck looking for a new PT due to admin incompetence. I can only hope the owners at MotionPT have the good sense to send Shaun looking for a new job. And in the meantime, find somewhere else to do your PT.

I just need to highlight my experience for today. This does not define all my other good…read moreexperiences for the time I have went there which was about a year and half or so. First of all DEWEY IS A TOP NOTCH ACUPUNCTURIST! YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER CARE, bedside manner, and just an overall caring experience. He literally is the best! Here is what really upset me and made me sour towards this business; since I didn't agree to get a nerve blocking procedure/elective surgery, they are refusing to provide me any additional care. (No more acupuncture) They claim to be a "wellness and pain" facility but it seems to me you need to play by their rules in order to get treatment. I was instructed that I needed to follow their protocols, surgery or PT before I can continue treatment (acupuncture). That is in other words telling me what to do with my body and not what I know is good for my body. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I would have never thought that a "wellness and pain" place would tell me how to manage my pain and what I'm comfortable with especially that I have been progressing slowly in the positive direction. The PA was only doing her job but who is she and Dr. Molina too, to tell me what is working for me??? In conclusion, I recommend DEWEY, but if their dictation or suggestions are not taken, they cut services off to you. Completely unacceptable especially when you're there to feel well and painless!

Thank you guys for everything you do and how amazing I feel when I leave!
