Corey (one of the co-owners) timely arrived at proudly wearing his "Dorsey Bros." shirt. After politely greeting me, he asked where the water faucet was located so that he could connect his wash equipment. As he connected and prepared to work, he explained the process he would use. He then pulled his washing hose completely around the house and started spraying cleaning solution on one corner and worked his way all around the house on three sides. After letting the cleaner cling on the house for a few minutes, he went back to where he started and rinsed the house, taking mold and algae with it. He then repeated the process on the front of the house. What really impressed me was the attention to the gutters. We have gutters that have the trough and cover integrated into one piece. The cover top edge of the trough gets extremely grimy, but Corey got them much cleaner than I have ever seen them since they were new. He then asked me to come and inspect his work, asked if I had any questions or concerns to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job, to which I enthusiastically responded yes. Dorsey Bros Power Washing did an outstanding job. From the initial contact they were nothing but professional. We set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. I got a call informing me they were on the way and they arrived on time. We walked around the house and I was informed of the work that was recommended and why. That evening, I received and email breaking down the work that was going to be done as well as the associated cost. I called and set up a date to have the work done. A day prior to the work being done I received a reminder text and email letting me know they were coming the next day. That next day they came and performed the work.
