I did previously enjoy using them because the price was right. They didn't always do the best job, but it was good enough. In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time. read more

Quality of work is okay. I requested a move-out cleaning service. I do not think they mopped the floor. They must have cleaned the counter with water because the counters were still dirty. There was patch of dried water near kitchen sink that wasn't cleaned. Inside of oven was not cleaned. Quality was not great. I do not recommend for a deep clean. Not worth the price. read more

I took a day off and planned to get some things done, like giving my space a good cleaning. But as I took a good look at things, I realized I haven't had a professional give my home a deep cleaning since well before the start of COVID. A few weeks back, I had received a quote from Daniel using request a quote, but wasn't yet sure of a time and day that would make sense. Between my dog being anxious or my time spent on video calls, I'd need to find a window of time that worked well so I held off. Until Sunday night when it dawned on me; my day off would be the perfect day to have someone come. Due to the quick turnaround, I didn't think it was likely that Villeda would have next day availability. But to my surprise, Daniel (Villeda) was so kind and accommodating when I texted to inquire. Initially, he didn't have availability, but after chatting a little more he made it work! He's super easy to communicate with via text (which I love) and so I was very aware of when he and his team would arrive. (Daniel plus two others.) They were soooo sweet and did such a good job - cleaned inside my stove, refrigerator, outside of my cabinets, and all of the hard to reach nooks that go forgotten or overlooked. My place is under 1000 sq ft, so his team was able to get everything done in about two hours (which was faster than a previous team I tried a few years ago.) We needed a move-out cleaning and were scratching our heads looking for a good deal in a timely matter. The villeda team came earlier than scheduled and finished a 1bdrm apt (w lots of cat hair and kitchen mess) in about an hour, spick and span, the apt was shining! Owner sent crew to my home on 9/30 at 8am to complete a deep clean. The crew did not complete a deep clean as instructed and missed several areas. They were only in the home less than 2 hrs. That is not a deep clean and not worth the $375 price tag. When I was notified they were done and asked to check the home, I found one of the workers locked inside my son's bathroom taking a dump. She flushed before she came out and the stench was undeniable. When I asked why she took a dump in the bathroom, she said she didn't speak English. Who does this? I notified the crew leader who did speak English that it is unacceptable to use the client's restroom without permission let alone take a dump in the client's home. I told them the bathroom needed to be cleaned again. She took a dump and was going to leave the bathroom like that. Again who does that in the client's home. The owner contacted me after the clean and asked how it went. I told her and all she said was omg I'm sorry I'll talk to the crew. She did not call me or return any messages when I asked how she planned to rectify this. She simply ignored my messages. Do not use this company. Find someone who had a professional crew that does not do these types of things in your home. I'm honestly not sure how this company received all these 5 star reviews if this is how they do business. Unfortunately, I had the poor experience some other reviewers reported... I ordered a Deep Clean but got mostly a wipe over. Bathrooms/showers were cleaned ok, but the rest of the apartment was not cleaned well. Dishwasher was chaotically loaded as if someone just threw items randomly in there. They used a cleaning agent that left a white powder residue on the floors, too. There was no furniture cleaning, no sheets washed and dried, and they just did a rush job. The quote they gave me was for 2 hrs with 3 people cleaning crew, yet they left the apartment just over an hour after starting. Too many issues. read more

I needed someone to come in and clean the place after a tenant moved out leaving the place unbecoming. I was so glad that I was able to get a time the next day after a cancellation. I had them cleaned the whole first floor and the three cleaners were very thorough in cleaning in between spaces that I wouldn't have gotten into. The place needed the deep cleaning and they did the job leaving the place spectacular. I did want the floor mopped and that was the only thing that wasn't done. I'm not sure if that was extra. We were getting pictures taken to sell our home in the afternoon and needed a reclean from the deep cleaning we had done the week before but a different company. While this company provided good communication prior to the cleaning, the actual cleaning was horrible. I was a bit taken aback when I was being notified less than an hour after their arrival that they were 'finishing' up. It seemed that there were simply 'wipe downs' of certain areas rather than an actual cleaning of them. I literally had to start cleaning areas like the shower, floors, walls and fixtures myself from all the visible dirt that was still present. I'm not sure if this was a 'bad day' or something else, but the effort to do a 'good job' was no where to be found. Having my apartment be clearly dirty following their 'cleaning' was insane and a total waste of money. The owner who had been so vocal and good with communication when it was time to set up the time and price was all 'crickets' when I expressed that the job they'd done resulted in a still visibly dirt apartment, no apologies, no show of a speck of customer service. WOW!! This Company Knows what they are doing! I'm a landlord for many years. My tenants left a huge amount of Grease and Oil all over the nice oak kitchen cabinets. I tried to clean it myself but it was too much, nothing seemed to work. Daniels crew showed up On Time wearing masks and Immediately began cleaning the cabinets.
