I called the owner Joe and asked what their regular cleaning service entails and he said "check the website" in a very cold manner, doesn't even want to answer the simple question. I asked him about their availability the next day and told him can I confirm via text by tonight? He said yes By 7 pm I texted him saying I wanted to book the cleaning for the afternoon spot and this was his reply (see image). By then I've had it with him, eventually I found a better cleaning team and far superior quality and customer service than this place (doesn't even compare) But wanted to review their terrible and rude service because no one should be treated like that. Ghastly cleaners. Came in for deep clean for the first time and asked me whether it was a move out clean. House is full of furniture, clearly we are not moving out. First thing they do is spray the stove grates down. I tell the lady in the bathroom no bleach on the tiles. Another comes down and asks if she can use bleach on the white wood trim! I have never heard of anyone using a acidic product on wood before. They clean, counter tops are left dirty, I didn't see the corners at first but looked after they left. Worst part is that the grate cleaner took the finish off my stainless stove console and scratched it for good measure in multiple pla e. It's a $3000 stove. The owner is now telling me he can fix it with a stainless polish. No. It has to be replaced. These amateurs will never set foot in my house again. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution. 7/7/19 This owner is clearly entirely disingenuous. He writes that he wants to "resolve" this issue AFTER he has first agreed to replace the piece (less costly than what I paid for the cleaning) and then reneged on that offer saying his cleaners adamantly refuse blame (what a shock!) and stating he will NOT pay for the damage. We have tried a few different cleaning companies through Amazon to do so e cleanings at the house. I decided to stay away from Amazon and tap into Yelp reviews. Supreme clean came up as a top option and decided to go with them. I got a estimate through Yelp and booked a week or two later. I have yo day that the quotes estimate was honored and the clean happened. My wife and I were very happy with the communication and cleaning that happened. Supreme clean did a much better job than any of the other companies we contracted with, the job was done thoroughly and my wife said That the workers were courteous when they were at the house. We had only requested that a section of our house be cleaned, and the ladies that arrived cleaned the wrong section. Reached out to get quotes from a few companies as I was moving into a new property. Sent a message to ask what services included, they said "check the website"... I should have known then but some reviews were good and the list on the website was long so I figured they can't be that bad. The price was $400 for 4000 sqft and I had to Venmo the deposit. DO NOT VENMO. Venmo does not protect your transactions against scammers. You have to involve law enforcement if you want Venmo to step in. I wrote the date and time five times. Then one week before I bought the property, I get calls that the team is waiting for you at the door... I wasn't even there. I said you got the wrong week, I'm moving the next week. Be there at 9 am. I have movers coming in at 1:30. Two days before my services, I ended up getting carpet cleaning so I called Joe to ask for a reduction in price since 5000 square feet of vaccum was just eliminated from the list of things to do. He said, floor vacuum is not included to begin with so the price won't change!!!! Can you believe that?!! It was in the darn list on the website. Day of my move, nobody shows up... The 3 ladies just left right now(15 minutes ago) and they did a fantastic job and worked very hard for hours and I'm very happy again. Let me start out by expressing my disappointment in your professionalism and communication. Considering all of our communication was done through text or email, it was surprising how much confusion took place during our experience with your company. When I first reached out, I explained that I was in need of a Move Out cleaning along with carpet cleaning. I was quoted $250 for services. At no time during our interactions was I made aware that there would be any additional payment. Once accepting the price of $250, we booked an appointment for a 9 am time slot. I paid via Venmo and received written confirmation that payment was received. When the cleaning service arrived, I inquired about the carpet cleaning services and received blank stares. They said that they do not perform that service and maybe it was a different company. When I reached out to you about this matter you replied that the cleaning service would be there between 2-3 in the afternoon. Again, no where in our exchanges was this information relayed. Up until this point, I was under the impression that our cleaning appointment was still at 9 am. I then had to adjust meetings and work in order to accommodate the schedule change. It wasn't until the carpet cleaning service showed up when my aggravation grew exponentially. Upon his arrival, we were told that we had not paid for this service and must do so prior to the service. I received a phone call from you where I was told that the carpet cleaning is additional and he will give us a quote at the time of his arrival. When I expressed my frustration about this matter, explaining that I was never told about this additional charge, I was told by you that I had two choices; either pay the fee or tell him to leave. At that time I did not have any other options, considering my lease was ending the next day. To top it all off, after requesting an invoice of services rendered it took two days to receive. It was very clear that invoices are not a common practice for you considering it was created four days after services occurred. You were then asked to change the date to reflect date of service and when you were unable to do so, stopped responding all together. I am happy to include screenshots of both that interaction along with our exchanges prior to the services if needed. This brings me to the breakdown of actual services rendered by your company. In complete honesty, it would have been easier if we hadn't hired a service at all. Considering it was entitled a "Move Out" service, I spent over three hours cleaning after the fact. Baseboards and windows were left untouched and dust still clung to places everywhere. Wall were filthy and trash was left all over the carpets. Again, I have pictures of the condition of the house as it was left after the fact. The carpet cleaner must have been someone who did not know how to use his machine. Not a single stain was treated prior to cleaning and from what I can tell, he went over the carpets using just a water rinse. Please tell me how I was able to get out 90% of the stains using my own small device after the "professional" couldn't seem to get them out. Large amounts of carpets where overlooked and clearly left untouched. Evidence of the fact that they were left bone dry. It's safe to say that our experience was less than sub-par and will be paying the price as evidence of our security deposit refund. I sincerely hope this is not how you perform business on a regular basis. I reached out to SupremeTeam six days after service. I waited to receive our invoice with fear that it would prolong the request. That brought us to two days after service and four days to compose my thoughts and ideas. After directly reaching out to express my disappointment with the company, I was told that because I did not immediately report my disappointment the same day, they were not willing to make any accommodations nor willing to work with us to resolve the matter. When asked why I didn't ask them to come back my response was that I had already seen their capabilities. I scheduled this company for Monday, December 30, 2019, for a 10AM cleaning appointment, and pre-paid as they requested. They called me at 10:01AM and informed me they would not be out to my place until 12PM. I informed them that that would not work as I would not be home for them (first time using this company) and that I had scheduled 10AM specifically because of my schedule. I have mix feelings about the cleaning and service. When I initially called, the communication was great. Would get immediate reply about booking the date and services offered. After I made the payment and booked an appointment , I didn't get a single answer back when I reached out to them. The cleaning team arrived 30 minutes late but she did call/text and apologized for being late so that was fine. Three ladies arrived to clean the condo, but it seemed they didn't know what was going on. On the initial call, I had explained in DETAIL of how my condo flooring and walls were redone due to flooding. Therefore, there was dust everywhere and I would be moving things around to clean different areas. The guy explained that they didn't move furniture which was fine since we could move it for them. He said that I would need move in/out cleaning which cost A LOT (a big house cleaning service fee). I was willing to pay it since I really needed my place cleaned. It was however a different story when the cleaners were there. The leader was not expecting my condo to be so dusty. She asked if I had masks for the team (?!?!?). And then asked if I needed the drawers in kitchen cleaned. I should have said yes but me thinking "oh they have lot to do" said it's okay. One person had a paper towel and windex and just went around spraying places and started to clean not even doing a good job. The other person climbed on my white cushioned dining chair without asking with her shoes on and started to dust/clean. The leader took charge of the kitchen which she did do a decent job. The cleaning service I had expected was more professional. I had my house cleaned in California many times and it was always an excellent job no need to point out anything. Long story short: -bathroom tub not scrubbed just windex (asked them to go back and clean. She sprayed water outside tub and I had to clean that when they left) -the rims on marble countertops/ bathroom tiles all still were dusty -the vacuuming was poorly done and had to point out places missed (still saw dust even after pointing out) -the mopping was a towel over a broom! They didn't even have a proper mop to clean the floor -to top it off, they didn't even have trash bags and asked me to provide it for them I really felt cheated out of my money. I really wanted to let them just do their job and not point out things out to them. They were all sweet ladies. But when you see half attempted cleaning and even skipping parts of it, it can't be helped. I went through so much with the flooding of my place and was finally ready to move back home after five weeks on the air mattress. Since this was during the day, we had to leave the key with our concierge and they picked it up and returned it accordingly.
