This facility is more then just an esthetician.to get a service done. This is a compound of health and wellness. I booked a tour to learn all about it. When I arrived to the desk met with Rose. She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world. Hard to put a price on wellness and happy to have health care benefits to do so. Purchased a spa pass $50.00 for the day to get you in the door and micro needling plus products Anteage $425.00. They do accept the HSA and FSA as well as credit cards for payment.

Went here on Monday for a spa day and started off with an amazing massage from Bronson. This was then followed by a custom facial with Jody. My face was breaking out pretty bad prior to this facial and it has been soo much better since! After those services, I had lunch in their cafe, followed by the salt room, cryotherapy, sound focus and biomat. The sound focus was new and something I had never done before. I m still super curious about if it works or not! By the end of the day, I was super relaxed and ready to go back to work the next day! I love that this place does not do tips so check out was a breeze. My hope is to go back monthly and take advantage of my full membership. My only complaint is that the cafe is not open on weekends!

Getting prescriptions refilled is the only challenging thing here at times. Dr. Kinsella spends as much time with you as needed- we have never felt "rushed" here.

The waiting area at the Progress West office is very clean and very nicely decorated. His staff has always been professional and very very nice to me. If I ever have a question they are always helpful. My last visit I was seen by his PA, Mariah Patton first then Dr. Turpin came in see how I doing. She is very nice also. She took the time to get to know me and address my medical concerns. She is a great addition to the office. Dr. Turpin is great! He listens to all my concerns and medical complaints. He tries everything he can to try to help me with my medical condition. He always take the time to listen and ask me how I have been. I would recommend Dr Turpin to everyone!

She also sits there and let you vent and build a rapport with you. it does not rush you. They found something in my husband's MRI and we were referred to this practice. They were supposed…read moreto call me but, I ended up calling them because I hadn't heard anything. Their voice mail says they will return your call within 24 hours. I called on Thursday, January22nd. I called on Tuesday and was impatient. I called Wednesday and asked if they were just not taking new patients but, you know, if you wanted to return my call.... The lady called Wednesday night, said it was only her and I tried to apologize but she kept talking. Stating this is part of a car accident and obviously, I need to see a different neurologist. I wondered if the doctors she works for knows how rude she is to perspective patients. Except, it's not part of an accident, it's not part of a lawsuit. Today, I called the main BJC number to see about seeing a different doctor. The lady who answered the phone said they had a referral for this office so she calls. Nope, again, the lady tells her she's already talked to me, she is NOT scheduling an appointment for my husband. I guess if he has a stroke before I can get him seen, I know who I could sue since she's now told his primary care and the scheduling lady she refuses to schedule this appointment. (Yes, I can be rude, but I also know that if a customer is irate, my job is to calm them down and try and makes things better. All she had to say was, "I'm sorry, it's just me and I'm really behind on returning calls. I don't know how this doctor's office gets new patients.
