I had used chiropractic in years past for lumbar problems, and since back issues can manifest themselves in different joints, I thought it may help this hip. To my surprise, after a few visits my hip pain was almost totally gone, and my back felt great! Because of my having over-used my left hip practicing yoga, I returned to Accident & Sports Rehab in March of 2017. This time around, I had also re-injured my left shoulder (overdoing yoga, again). With each visit this year, I receive local-laser treatment to left shoulder and hip, traction rolling-machine, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), and a spine adjustment..!! My only complaint, is that they don't serve margaritas..!! My joint issues are all but gone, and my back (and mind...) are quite satisfied... I've decided to continue on a schedule of three weeks, for healthy maintenance.
