The manager did try to make things right by offering a 10% discount on our total order, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was pretty mediocre. The burgers were bland, and the tacos were incredibly dry. Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the curly fries--which tasted exactly like Arby's (ironic, considering this location used to be an Arby's). To top it off, the service was incredibly slow, and it took forever to get our food. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly, but the slow service and subpar food mean we probably won't be back.

I'm sure there are other items that are homemade as well, but we haven't gotten there yet. :) We shared a Suizo Burrito (homemade suizo sauce) with steak and it was incredible. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that this is my favorite suizo sauce ever. The density of the sauce isn't runny like most others and the texture is almost that of chili (but not too thick), which means a solid flavor with every bite. We also loved the homemade guacamole and horchata, which is unlimited refills! We had long conversations with the owners and employees and they were super kind and loved sharing all the unique elements of their restaurant. We'll definitely be back soon!
