Prepared on a 10-inch tortilla, it was served with limey-tasting sauce of sour cream in a tiny ramekin. We picked it up at the window in the long hallway on the side of the distillery and ate at a picnic table with our bottles of Mexican Coke and Lime Jarrito in the big hall.
