Let me just say that I had my eyelashes done in California before I flew out to Kansas for the holidays and had a swollen eyelid about 6 days after getting my lashes done near San Francisco. Once I was in Wichita, I gave Stephanie a call and she immediately hypothesized about what was going on - I figured I might as well get my lashes removed while I was in Wichita before going to the hospital, if needed, for my swollen eyelid. Anyways, she looked at my lashes/swollen eyelid and immediately knew that the technique used on my lashes by the other woman in California was causing irritation. After removal of my lashes, my swelling went down and away and I went back to Stephanie for a full set of classic. No trip to the hospital needed, WHEW! Lastly, before leaving Kansas, I had a touch-up done by Stephanie - STILL SO IN LOVE WITH MY LASHES! Tl;Dr Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable, honest, talented, and communicative in so many ways - it was SO easy getting scheduled with her MULTIPLE TIMES during my visit (I live in California, so finding this gem of a woman in Wichita was godsend). The salon is in the back of a barbershop and the entire space was clean and well lit. I was very impressed! Ashly warned me about the burning sensation that I may or may not feel upon FIRST opening my eyes and she quickly handled the sensation as soon as my eyes opened. The lashes are so light I constantly forget hat they are on my face lol. I absolutely love the look that these lashes give me they are much more natural than the strips Im used to wearing. I cant wait to go back for another visit with Ashly!

She was able to get her in right away, which was great. However; when she told me the cost, it was $30.00 more than what I paid a previous appointment. My daughter was getting the "single lashes" so I merely asked what the difference between "volume" and "singles" are and she passively-aggressively lashes out at me stating that I can just take my daughter to Walmart because it seems that what she wants. She went on and on, insulting me even after I apologized if I offended her in any way by asking that question. I honestly don't it know what the difference in the two kinds of lashes are. She then blocked me & needless to say my daughter's appointment was (I can only assume) cancelled. I've never encountered someone that rude in a business setting, EVER!!! I understand everyone has bad days but as rude, condescending, and unprofessional as she was, she must just be having a bad, miserable life!! It's nice that she is open on the weekends but I think we will stick with Minks. (Or virtually ANY other salon).

If you are trying to budget how much it will be I would just try to account for the up charges of shape, French tip, gems or chrome because it will cost extra as well. Overall I would recommend! I do not get my nails done often but when I do I will definitely be coming back! And the lady who did my lashes kept talking, stayed on her phone texting, I couldn't relax, and my eyes ended up looking uneven!!! I wanted to cry. She made one eye look bigger than the other. I highly doubt they're licensed to do lashes. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES. She BEGGED me for a tip after doing all she did to me!!! Like I should have never even given her a tip in the first place!!
