He also claimed he no longer carries Deco Rest, yet the brand was still featured on his website and in his promotional emails. My sofa was even displayed there. After I posted my review, he called me asking me to remove it. Reviews exist so customers can share honest experiences. I decided to move on and went directly to Zilli, another retailer that carries Deco Rest. The difference was night and day. Zilli arranged a call with Deco Rest, helped me obtain an RMA number, and Deco Rest agreed to repair the sofa free of charge if I bring it to the factory. That's what real customer service looks like. Zenlia could have handled this properly but chose not to. Because of that, they have earned this review.

Again, Kathy was incredible. She helped us with style, colors, fabric, design. All of our furniture was custom made . We bought a sectional couch, an ottoman, dining room table with 8 chairs, a bench, bar stools and a head board. it is all very well made and we are very pleased. we would not hesitate to recommend zenlia . We were buying a customized couch....The salesman didn't want to help with colours, he didn't have any pictures of the customized pieces..... we asked him how long it would take for the order....He said 12 weeks but couldn't even guarantee that because" something may come up" S we were expected to pick out colours and types of fabric etc.... All DIY... Then the issue of delivery charge came up and it was going to be $ $450.00... He gave All kinds of excuses... We have never pd that... we are 40 min from Toronto...... The salesman was rude, obnoxious and very unhelpful..... So we walked away.... We were willing to spend$5000.00 on this couch. Instead We went to the Chesterfield store where we were greeted in a very friendly not pushy way and we ended up getting a gorgeous couch for much less than the other couch at Nirvana. The delivery cost was also less than half the cost of Nirvana's. The salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable about the product and overall gave an excellent service.
