He also claimed he no longer carries Deco Rest, yet the brand was still featured on his website and in his promotional emails. My sofa was even displayed there. After I posted my review, he called me asking me to remove it. Reviews exist so customers can share honest experiences. I decided to move on and went directly to Zilli, another retailer that carries Deco Rest. The difference was night and day. Zilli arranged a call with Deco Rest, helped me obtain an RMA number, and Deco Rest agreed to repair the sofa free of charge if I bring it to the factory. That's what real customer service looks like. Zenlia could have handled this properly but chose not to. Because of that, they have earned this review.

Again, Kathy was incredible. She helped us with style, colors, fabric, design. All of our furniture was custom made . We bought a sectional couch, an ottoman, dining room table with 8 chairs, a bench, bar stools and a head board. it is all very well made and we are very pleased. we would not hesitate to recommend zenlia . We were in the market for a living room light fixture, they had some options but not the show stopping ceiling mounted pieces we liked the Rain, Rivage Lueur, or Hemisphere that we liked. But that's not what I'm writing to you about -- I'm writing because shopping at your store was a great experience! ...from the moment we stepped through the door of Guff and were greeted (by Schroeder) to being assisted with checking out the table/being shown how the drop leafs work (by Schroeder) to paying for the table and a couple of ceramic cups and saucers (the latter just having arrived/but Schroeder looked them up/"no problem") to having our table prepped for pick up (by Paul and Schroeder) to being greeted the next day with a smile (by Paul) to the assist with the table being lifted into the back of our SUV (by Paul) ...it could not have been a better experience!! We will definitely be back -- AND we'll pass on to everyone we know and then some, what a great place to shop Guff is!

Staff don't really make initiative to talk to you, which I quite enjoy since I just like to browse on my own.
