He had the hard drive replaced the next day. A few weeks later my backup drive started giving me problems so I took it to Noe. Noe determined that the case that held an old hard drive that I used for backup failed. I replaced the case and now everything is working again. Noe is fast, very thorough and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend him for all of your computer repair needs.
