I made an appointment a few days in advance and received a verbal confirmation at 8 am on Saturday. the day before, I received a message to confirm my appointment. After this message, it turns out that I was sent another message that I did not see in which the time was changed to 7am in the morning. When I arrived, they didn't let me in and I thought that I probably made a mistake and confused something. I returned to the car and remembered that when I make appointments, so as not to forget, I send myself messages.
