A different physical therapist every time that I have to keep repeating the story to. After the first visit, the physical therapists I worked with would have 2 patients at a time and so every time I got done with an exercise I would have to stand there awkwardly for a few minutes until she came back. It caused me more pain than before I went in and their theory was that you will be more painful before you get better. Whereas all of my other physical therapists before said if it causes pain, DON'T DO IT!
