The other day, I called the company in order to purchase a replacement pole for a trade show display that my company had made for me a few years back. Important to note that my item was not purchased from DoTradeshow. Regardless, Katie spend a load of time with me - figured out what part was needed and what size - and even made/sent me an instructional video - to make sure that I knew what was needed and how to install it. Before I could order with DoTradeshow, my own marketing team was able to give me a replacement pole that that had acquired for my size display - but the level of care, expertise, and genuine service I received from Katie left a lasting impression. When the time comes for me to create or purchase any trade show display products in the future, I won't hesitate to go straight to DoTradeshow. I would not go anywhere else simply because of Katie's caring demeanor and impeccable customer service. AND... when I did some research to find out who the owner was - in order to pay Katie some compliments - imagine my shock when I found that it is a family owned company - and Katie herself, is the owner - speaks volumes about her dedication and why one would want to purchase from them/her. I had used DoTradeshow many times in the past but they have gone way down hill. The sign I recently ordered was expensive and poor quality. When I went to use the display the first time the brand new sign was tipping forward, it wouldn't stand upright. I sent photos and multiple requests for help to DoTradeshow customer service but nothing. After they ignored multiple communications they finally responded that if I wanted them to even look at the sign I had to pay to ship it back myself. When I said I wouldnt do that but would instead order a new sign elsewhere she told me good idea and good luck! take it from me, go somewhere else first!!! read more

Go ANYWHERE else. I have worked with a lot of companies and never experienced anything quite like DoTradeshow. Extremely overpriced, low quality, and HORRIBLE customer service. Fedex or GotPrint has everything they have for half the price, it will be higher quality, and if they mess up they will actually stand behind their products and services. DO NOT BOTHER if I had to guess this company won't be around much longer. read more

I have worked with this company since 2015 and always been happy until they apparently recently fired all the staff I worked with. They were not able to convert a simple photoshop file to vector format - apparently didn't know all you have to do is 'save as' - unbelievable but I did it myself and sent back to them. Then they shipped a damaged display, and refused to replace in time for our Webinar and said they would only repay me for the display is UPS agreed to pay for damages - when they package was not damaged and pieces fell out of the box when it arrived. They clearly don't back their product or care about loyal customers. After 5 years of being happy with them - I will never use this company again. All the people that made it work are gone.
