I find it humorous that the owner would blame the subs for missing a day due to weather when there was no weather issues to content with. Also, why was I not notified of the delay? Additionally why did your subs arrive on a day that was they should not have without notice. You do realize that subs are a reflection on your business right? Simple commutation with your clients could have remedied this issue, not the inferior products and services you offer, just this issue.
