They work hard to make sure that each dog's individual needs are met; they had answers for all of my questions and put me at ease. The strongest selling point for me is the training/enrichment options they offer. Zoe goes above and beyond to make sure that your dog is enjoying themselves while learning. She worked with our family to determine our training goals, and my overactive puppy has really shown a lot of progress since starting to work with her. Several people have remarked that he's "better behaved", and I attribute that to the work that Zoe has helped us do. Not only does she come up with a variety of activities for him to do that test his knowledge of commands, but she makes sure to incorporate variety so that he has fun and is mentally stimulated. After our…read moreappointment, our puppy suffered a serious eye injury (scleral hemorrhage) and had to receive veterinary care. Our veterinarian documented that the injury was likely caused by trauma consistent with a dog being restrained on a grooming table and possibly falling or hanging from the grooming loop. Even if our puppy was showing signs of anxiety or distress, a professional groomer should stop the service to ensure the animal's safety. Instead, the grooming continued, and our puppy ended up injured. When we asked Korayne to help cover the veterinary bill, she refused and said it was not her responsibility. As pet owners, we trusted that our puppy would be handled with care and properly supervised, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
