With my first cleaning, I was sent an invoice and agreed on the amount. I was happy after the first service so I scheduled a second service. With the second one, the owner never sent me a new invoice or mentioned any price adjustments so I just had assumed it would be the same price as the first amount we agreed to. After he completed the second service, he requested payment that was $43 more than we agreed and said there was a discount I no longer get. I don't appreciate not being notified of a price increase and I think this is a sheisty way of doing business and taking advantage of customers. Take this as a warning that they will raise your agreed upon price and not notify you until after they have already completed services.

I tried going with a "Family" Business (found on Facebook) but this one gives them a bad name…read more Hired them to paint my kitchen cabinets and table top. Turned into a nightmare. Job was to take 3 days, turned into 12 days. Mike (owner) is very unprofessional and called me cursing me out on phone accusing me of assaulting his daughter and saying I had his men walking on eggshells when they were here all because I asked them to not walk on carpet with shoes. He also threatened to burn my table and demanded payment or would put lein on my home (all of this is on camera). I had to have police at my house when they returned my table top because I didn't know what he would do. I now have complete all the touch-ups myself, and had to fix a screw on a drawer and a door that his 'crew' didn't do right, and I have to hire someone else to re-do table top because he ruined it by the paint not being dry when they wrapped it and it has material imprints and other marks on it. Turns out their business name with BBB is listed as M&J Coatings and Painting LLC and are not Accredited. I learned my lesson by not checking BBB before hiring them. You're told that you have 2 year warranty, but they didn't fix the errors because he falsely accused me of assault and made threats to burn my property. So, now I no longer wanted them in my house and will have to fix it myself. Contract says He is licensed, bonded, and insured and would supply that information upon request, yet, when I requested it I never received it. My table top is still an unresolved issue because I had to get a quote to have it fixed and have requested refund from Mike in that amount. Mike not only refused to refund the amount but told us to not contact him anymore. Be careful who you do business with, they are not always what they portray (found him on Facebook) and there are other companies with the same exact wording in their advertisement. I have never had such unprofessionalism from a contractor and would never refer them to anyone for anything!
