When a cover page error occurred, I was told it was entirely my fault for approving the proof -- conveniently leaving out that there were already flagged concerns with my file that Katrina never bothered to communicate to me directly. No call. No email. Just silence, and then blame. I understand that proof approval carries responsibility, but when a specialist is aware of flagged issues and stays silent, placing all the blame on the customer is poor service. A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews.
