When a cover page error occurred, I was told it was entirely my fault for approving the proof -- conveniently leaving out that there were already flagged concerns with my file that Katrina never bothered to communicate to me directly. No call. No email. Just silence, and then blame. I understand that proof approval carries responsibility, but when a specialist is aware of flagged issues and stays silent, placing all the blame on the customer is poor service. A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews. BUT there's seems to be alot of change taking place. Especially noticeable are the RUDE girls behind counter. One of them refused to help me because she said I didn't hand her the packing slip....WHAT!!! I dont really have any choice of another store so what, we all just put up with that service!
