They're all happy to see their students grow and be their best selves. -The place is very clean and full of professional and mature individuals who *mostly* take responsibility to clean to - which is truly saying something. - I have never been to a gym to welcoming and friendly. I usually just like to go in, do my thing, and get out. There are strong bonds formed here strengthened with every class we suffer through. Everyone has different goals and reasons for being there but we all support each others journey. Very much an "each one teach one" vibe. - also the Jocko supplements are actually really good. I hope to see more of that. The only thing I wish they had was a regular clock in the weight room and cross-fit room. I leave my watch at home when at the gym and I feel like I have to look at my phone every 5 min not wanting to miss class. Update: coming up in 2 years training with this gym. Even with a fire that took it down and a second location opened up within just a few months the management is still quite professional and the coaches are awesome. Looking forward to the old building opening back up.

Anna and her instructional assistants value technique and safety, which I greatly appreciate as someone of a more petite stature. Anna has many long-term students, which is not only a testament to her teaching skills, but also indicative of her ability and efforts to cultivate a community. I'm truly grateful to have had the opportunity to make friends while learning and improving upon my martial arts skills.

Krav Maga academy don't have an AC but they do have a fan in the corner of the room... but from some reason when I asked the trainer Anna to turn it on my request was ignored, and after another extremely uncomfortable round of sliding on my training partner sweaty body when I made a second request to turn on the fan I was screamed at to stop asking for it ... That was the last time I practiced there , but it's not the first time I felt like it's not the best place to invest my time and money in. The one hour class was never really a full hour of training because Anna always start the class late and finish early and 1/2 of the class talk about her tattoos and hair over and over again or tell us a pointless detailed story about what she did over the weekend, not to mention the many occasions actually Krav Maga learning is being cut short with ""fun activities "" killing time doing squats to the same AC/DC song for the million time... SD have several places to practice and learn Krav Maga, I would not recommend learning it at this facility. UPDATE: after I stop showing up to almost a month worth of paid classes due to the hostile behavior and zero apologies for mistreating me, Anna charged me for anther full month of class I will not attend. Really ugly way to treat a student, I hope anyone that consider her services read my review and learn from my horrible experience to stay away from this business, unbelievable.

Nobody has egos and the staff is personable. I take the Muay Thai classes with Coach Dom and Caine. I like how very detailed they are in explaining and how they correct everyone's technique. I've also learned a lot from my PT sessions with Coach Aaron and Coach Dom. Highly recommend checking out Coach Danny P.'s power boxing classes. I have fun coming here with my workouts because everyone is friendly. The jujitsu mat is the center of the gym so I enjoy watching the students roll. Everyone motivates each other here! This training center is SOOOO clean. They clean the floors, mats, equipment daily. They even have a "living room" area where your kids can play while you're working out, 10/10 Totally recommend! My personal trainer Christina Marks is a professional UFC / MMA fighter, and specializes in Muay Thai. I really like her genuine approach at whatever pace I need to start and maintain the training I've been looking for. I can see that is reflected in the other coaching staff as well. The facility is impressive and clean with all the essential equipment needed for training. There's a boxing ring as soon as you enter, boxing bags lined up, cardio equipment, and a lot of outdoor training space. The only challenge I see is the limited parking, and sometimes is used for training. However, there is an adjacent parking lot for overflow.

I love how he focuses on technique and is amazingly patient. I have been to a couple mma gyms and coming from zero martial arts background, it was difficult to follow along in a group setting and hard to get the technique right because the instructor had so many students to focus on. I also like that he doesn't focus on memorizing combinations. Memorizing combos looks cool, but what's more important to me is that he teaches me how to keep my guard up and respond to different things, making it apply to real life. I highly recommend Stefan for 1-on-1 training whether you're like me starting from scratch or if you're looking to fine tune your skills. Stefan has years of martial arts experience. He is still constantly learning from others, trying to improve himself, and he applies what he learns to his teaching. Stefan is one of the best investments I have made for myself.

I came to Stefan with a boxing background with a sprinkling of Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. I found Stefan because I was looking for a professional who would really help me grow as an athlete and up my level of badassery. Stefan is super easy to connect with and I feel we developed a level of comfortability very early on. It's clear that Stefan personalizes each of his clients' training program based on their fitness goals; everything from conditioning, self defense, to dominating in the ring (my jam!). His passion for martial arts and self-improvement matches my perfectionist attitude; he corrects my mistakes and forces me to get out of my head when I'm not quite on my game. Good days and bad, I leave every session knowing that I'm progressing. Whether you've had enough of one-size-fits-all group fitness classes, come to the realization that self defense courses only provide a false sense of confidence, or are on the path to becoming a Muay Thai champion--you can't go wrong with Stefan.
