NO APOLOGY. Upon drop off she didnt even acknowledge the end of the trip just drove off after we got off bus without a word to me. Needless to say she ruined our special day!! Happy to change my location for pick-up. Their customer service staff at the national office hung up on me three times before I finally talked with an inventory agent. The agent told me they couldn't help me and that no trucks were available. They haven't had any truck available for the last three months in Chicagoland, but they still allow you to book them. Please, if you have the same experience, file a complaint with the BBB.
