When I went to use my remaining sessions Cari was confused as to what I had purchased and told me there wasn't enough funds left to complete my package, which I had already paid for in advance. I explained that a prepaid package is an agreement and they needed to honor that agreement. That's when I saw an additional $75 charge on my credit card. When I called to discuss it Cari told me that charge was necessary to add funds to my profile "wallet" so I would have funds to complete my sessions. Which is ridiculous because I prepaid for everything. Then I saw on my "patient portal" (which is an online profile) that they charged me for a service I did not receive further depleting my remaining funds. I brought this to Cari's attention three times but she never corrected it. I asked many, many times to talk to the owner Jessica G********* and was denied. I told her that I no longer was comfortable going to that spa and I'd like a refund of my remaining funds. Cari told me that she "wasn't even going to mention it to Jessica because Jessica had practices in place that would ensure that I never got a refund." Finally Jessica agreed to a meeting with me only to cancel it last minute because she had other clients to see. The business then ignored me for a solid month. When they finally got back to me it was to inform me that because a month had gone by I had lost the right to use $75 of my remaining funds. Finallly, I reached out to my credit card company to try to get back my remaining money. Jessica submitted false information to the credit card company. This is a terrible business. Stay away.

Booking online was easy. Parking was easy in a huge lot. On the day of my facial I arrived a few minutes early and was taken to my room at the time of my appointment. Last night was the 1st night I was able to sleep without taking any medication for pain! Dorian, the massage therapist, was very professional and tailored my massage to meet my needs. I highly recommend him. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Nice addition to the town of St. John!

I found there was a general lack of communication between me and the team that is in place. If my loved one says they're not getting PT then the nurse should be able to look on the system and tell me when they're scheduled for PT. I should not have to call the PT area and bother them. there were many more instances of lack of communication, lack of information in their charts, etc. I can't address the assisted living care because it doesn't seem they have any special area they live in. they are in the middle of all the rehab patients. Only the memory care area was separated. Parking is an issue as there is not a lot of it and the walk up to the entrance is rather long. Staffing seems to be adequate during the day. Food is OK - just hospital type food. there are activities for residents to go to which is always nice.
