What a beautiful hotel. They just opened about a month ago, and we were pretty excited to stay here. Located right by the city buildings, and right off of 85 and 34, this is a great location. There is an area for purchasing snacks as well. Actually, a pantry. Much nicer than vending machines. Spacious parking lot, large lobby and nicely decorated in a ranch theme. Loved it. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was very spacious. I think that it was actually a handicap assessable room. Large open area, the bathroom was wide open as well. I loved the barn door for the bathroom, that was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were quality. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a large desk. They also supply a hair dryer as well as an iron/ironing board. Will definitely stay here when in town again. Top notch.

Had this gem posted to our door. Staff is incredibly rude. Avoid.

After returning from dinner in Loveland, Colorado to our room, we noticed we had received a check out notice email and then had this posted to our door without any prior call. Staff was incredibly rude and lumped us in with other patrons. Avoid this hotel.

Superstar Hotel! Very Clean! The beds were fantastic. I had a great nights sleep. This place was packed out the night we stayed but you'd never know it because it was so quiet. You can tell that this hotel is pretty new. The room was spacious and had a welcoming feel. The bathroom was a little small for our family of five that stayed in the room that night but we made due. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't utilize the amenities but the pool/hot tub looked amazing. There was also a great looking and very busy restaurant in the hotel. Maybe we'll try it the next time we stay there. I will certainly be back!

On our first night, I moved the couch and found dog food and pet hair on the floor. We reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying they would clean everything the next morning. They also told us that rooms are supposed to be deep cleaned after a pet has stayed there and weren't sure how this had been missed. During our stay, my daughter developed a small rash on her leg. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it was concerning given the pet hair and dog food left in the room. We also dealt with an ant problem throughout our entire stay. When we brought it up, it felt like the staff blamed us because we had kids and food in the room. While we understand that food can attract ants, we expect a hotel room to be clean and free of pest issues when guests check in. Overall, the staff was polite, but the cleanliness and pest issues made what should have been an enjoyable trip much more stressful. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning standards for future guests.

As people park their cars their lights illuminated our room. I close the blackout curtains so we had no natural light except for the 6 inches of the curtains didn't cover. Parking lot and car lights to come into your room all night. I suppose keeping the natural light out was good. I kept the blackout curtains closed because that way I didn't have to look at the old gum that was stuck on the windowsill. Bright green and hard to miss The bathroom itself was odd. The shower curtain was torn at the top and there's a full-size mirror on the back of the bathroom door. That mirror placement is not conducive to keeping the bathroom door closed when you go potty. The toilet faces the mirror. The hot tub wasn't working so we couldn't try that out. Not particularly friendly staff other than the gal who worked their breakfast room. Not unprofessional or anything just not friendly. I don't know if people around us were just loud talkers or the walls were that thin. At 6 o'clock in the morning, i woke up to two guys having quite the conversation outside our room. Not necessarily the hotel's issue if it was loud talkers Maybe it was just rotten luck and we got a room that wasn't really clean or cared for, didn't feel welcome, and had loud people nearby Either way, I'll stay somewhere else

We arrived last night and it's labeled "non-smoking" so that's what you expect, no the sheets and comforter smell like smoke and we have found several cigarette burns/holes. Also this place is pet friendly so they charge $15 per night as a pet fee, which was not mentioned in the hotels.com description unless you decided to dig super deep. Not really a big deal but still they need put it on the initial description. Another thing that bothers me is how much the sheets smell of other dogs, pretty sure they don't change the sheets, which is disgusting! They also have this card that basically says to keep reusing your sheets and towels to save energy and water, which I understand, but if you saw all the stains and the peculiar smell on the sheets and towels you would start to believe they don't ever wash the sheets. Even the towels have stains. Like come on, I would really like a clean sanitary room, thank you. Not to mention white crusty stains on the carpet or the flickering bathroom lights that hurt your eyes. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would rather sleep in my rental car. They refuse to give refunds for the extra nights I paid for. I would really rather just go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money. Also it's quite funny how the owner blamed hotels.com for giving us "their worst room".. uhm I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have a "worst room" all rooms should be equally clean and maintained. End of rant.
