We drove 16 hours from California to Colorado for my daughter's softball showcase, so we were looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On our first night, I moved the couch and found dog food and pet hair on the floor. We reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying they would clean everything the next morning. They also told us that rooms are supposed to be deep cleaned after a pet has stayed there and weren't sure how this had been missed. During our stay, my daughter developed a small rash on her leg. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it was concerning given the pet hair and dog food left in the room. We also dealt with an ant problem throughout our entire stay. When we brought it up, it felt like the staff blamed us because we had kids and food in the room. While we understand that food can attract ants, we expect a hotel room to be clean and free of pest issues when guests check in. Overall, the staff was polite, but the cleanliness and pest issues made what should have been an enjoyable trip much more stressful. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning standards for future guests. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE WITH A PET! I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and this hotel was the first time I had to sign an agreement regarding having a dog in my room. Its the middle of summer, and you have to agree to never leave the dog alone in the room, so you are basically a prisoner of the hotel as you can't go out to eat or in reality even have their breakfast. They also charge $75 pet fee, and from another review, they obviously don't do the "Deep Clean" we are charged for having a dog in the room. Additionally, they have a fee of $5.00 to park on site - in a suburban hotel next door to an empty shopping mall, so where is the fear of needing to control who parks there come from? And they don't even provide a parking pass to indicate you've paid. This place is expensive to begin with, and they charge you for everything 'extra'. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn at Greeley. Front desk staff were helpful every time I had a question or needed assistance. They also have really delicious cookies by the front desk. Dangerously good! The room I stayed in was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I've ever stayed in for that price range. I was very surprised at how roomy it was. I unfortunately forgot to take pictures while staying here... Sorry! The gym is basic but has what you need for a decent hotel workout. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side but, again, works for a stay at a hotel. I would stay again if my work brought me out to Greeley! read more

Great stay! They have a really cool system where you can check in, get your room key on your phone, open the fitness center and pool, then check out. They had a full hot breakfast ready to go at 6am. They are doing extensive renovations and it's beautiful. The highlight was Marilyn in the breakfast area. She saw me before it opened at 6 and said it was all ready and to help myself. She approached us a few times and was very welcoming. She also said goodbye as we exited. We hope to see her and visit again!! read more

This hotel was clean and in a great location close to shopping. My family really enjoyed the pool area however it was very muggy in there but clean and stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was great with plenty of seating each days was a different choice of prepared eggs, meat, and potatoes. Biscuits and gravy were decent along with a number of other options. The juice bar was out of OJ which was a bummer but kids happily drank apple juice and hot coco. They had hot coffee and tea available around the clock which was a nice treat to relax at night. I wish I remembered the lady who checked us in as she was very nice and stuck out more than the other workers. We were on a girls weekend at the Greeley Stampede and we stayed here for the weekend. We were very happy we did! I normally stay at Hilton properties, often at Hampton Inn. This property went above my expectations! There was a note in my room when we checked in thanking me for returning to Hampton, a bottle of water and a chocolate bar. I had already received my complimentary water upon checking in. The location was great, parking was easy and the staff was very friendly!the towel animals were a plus too! We accidentally booked this hotel but meant to book Homewood Suites. The minute we walked in it smelled like the vets office. The whole place looks old and tired. Look at the photo of the chair in our room. The bathroom is sparse and needs remodel. Unfortunately I booked on Expedia and cannot change. Luckily we are only here one night. read more

In addition to the photos showing poor housekeeping, our TV remote did not work and the TV in the gym didn't work at all. Pictures and an email were sent to the manager and we never received a response. 3 attempts were made to contact and speak with the manager, messages were left, and we never received a return phonecall. Clearly customer service is not a priority. We have stayed at Hampton Inn hotels for years. We will not be returning to this location. read more

booked this room a couple days ago cause we were traveling with our family of 5. 2 queen beds and a pullout. arrived at the hotel this evening and they have overbooked. They had 2 Queen beds with no pullout and were not even going to reduce the price. doesn't matter I need a place for everyone to sleep so we cancelled. I'm very disappointed. We stayed in the Hampton Inn & Suites Greeley during our vacation during the holidays and this was easily the best hospitality I've experienced in hotel stays. The staff was amazing! They upgraded our room to a suite free of charge which was a huge blessing since my dad is in a wheelchair and the extra space really made a difference. The breakfast was so good and they changed it up every morning so it wasn't the same everyday. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about how this place is ran. Phenomenal. read more

Found a bed bug in Room #213, and reported it to the front desk. They identified it as a bed bug. The lack of reaction and help from Hampton Inn was amazing. Had to ask for bags after discovering the bug, to put our belongings in. They refuse to admit there were bed bugs, refused to refund, and are extremely rude. We did find a couple more bugs in a bag we put our clothes in before we entered our house...after our 13-hour-long trip home. Luckily, we googled how to prevent a home infestation. Hopefully, we have. Sad, we had made a point of staying at this motel yearly on family trips. No more. Check your mattresses, and headboards and keep belongings off the floor if you stay here. The attached pictures show 3 different bed bugs. On the fingernail is in RM #213 at Hampton Inn on July 31st; on the blue glove is August 1st found on clothes we placed in garbage bag upon arriving home; Ziploc bag is 2 weeks after we bagged everything we had in the vehicle into dark garbage bags and left in 90 plus degree weather hence the dried appearance. read more

Double check your charges. I booked five rooms. Four were prepaid at a lower rate. The fifth one was to be paid upon check in at a higher rate. All were charged at the time of booking. Since all were Paid at the time the room with the higher rate should have been the same as the suite I booked. I did not catch it until the day after we left. I was charged again for the rooms. We did get the amount that was charged at checkout refunded. I spoke with the manager Michelle who was going to check into the over charge and get back to me that day. Two days later I had to call back. I was told she was in a meeting and she would call me back. Again no call back, so I called and was told she was in a meeting and she is working on the issue. Again no call back, I called again and was able to talk with her. She advised she thought someone spoke to me. I advised no one called. She then said there is nothing she could do as the date of payment has already passed. She refused lol to budge on the situation. I guess a big company like this needs the money more than I do. I can't believe there is nothing that can be done. This company has lost my business and the other four people that stayed here. Extremely poor customer service!! read more

The rooms and breakfast at this Hampton are no different than any other Hampton I've stayed at. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but also not worthy of much higher than average rating. The hot breakfast includes potato's, eggs, meat, do-it-yourself waffles, fruit, etc. The thing that set this one to a higher 4-star was the helpful, friendly front desk staff. Due to flight cancellations and delays, we arrived a day late and after midnight the 2nd day. Both the check-in and check-out clerks were very understanding and sympathetic of our plight. read more

Utilized Hilton Honors to make the reservation then phoned the hotel to make some additional requests, Diedre (SP?) took really good care of us. Driving to the hotel from Denver after a brief stop near downtown was pretty seamless (I-70 to I-25 to Route 34) and exit from 23rd Avenue O/R to 29th which is the first right from the Fwy. Check-in took seconds, the room was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The place is very well kept, complementing it's cozy, inviting appeal. This hotel is very clean, people are very friendly and breakfast was very nice and hot. A few things I didn't like was that the cardkey for the rooms often de-activated due to the weak magnetism within the card, and the front desk said it happens often. Otherwise it is very close to UNC,, to restaurants and Starbucks! I would stay here again. There is an Ihop down the street and Texas Roadhouse BBQ! Great places to eat aswell. read more

Not satisfied. My wife and I checked in late for a 4 night stay. Our first room had a broken shower door, we transferred rooms, (the girl at the front desk didn't even apologize) the next room has a toilet that wouldn't flush. The room was already being payed for and I had to add a card for incidentals. I then show a 200$ charge, and no one can explain it, the workers have no power to refund and they acted very apathetic. We stayed at a family's house the rest of our stay. And I'm now showing a 50$ charge despite the fact that we haven't been there for two days and the room was already payed for. Again, the woman at the front desk has no clue what's going on. I'm never staying at a Hampton again. read more

I stay here for business regularly and it's always a nice experience. The hotel is clean, breakfast is very good, and the beds are comfortable. The suites are worth it if you are considering the upgrade. The best part is the multiple pillows on the bed in varying firmness, stuffing. I'm a pillow junkie and very much appreciate the ability to make a cocoon for myself to enjoy. There are also multiple locations to eat tacos nearby that don't require driving. Win-win. read more

Was attempting to book 10 rooms for a baseball team. Left 2 messages for group rates. My call was never returned for two weeks. My family stay was ok. Upon arrival staff is very friendly, due to covid there is no full complimentary breakfast. You get a sack breakfast with a muffin, fruit, and oatmeal. My room was reserved for a party of 6 yet we were only able to receive 4 complimentary breakfast bags. If we wanted additional bags it would cost us $5 extra dollars. I was already upset with that but didn't fight it because after hearing there was no breakfast I already planned to get breakfast outside of the hotel. We get to our rooms and we have half a roll of toilet paper for 6 people. Our card keys were having issues too. Either mine worked and my husbands didn't and vice versa. It was an issue. Finally, we were able to get all the keys to work. Our rooms were also never cleaned unless I made a point to ask for our rooms to be cleaned. We would leave our room about 11:30 to 12 with our children and they would not clean. When I asked for our room to be cleaned we came back to our rugs no thoroughly vacuumed and they left comet powder for cleaning the tub all over our personal shampoo and conditioner bottles. The hallways are also gross with food crumbs and other little things on the rug. Overall, the rooms were pretty clean but I do not recommend this place and I will not be staying here at this location again. Stayed at other Hampton Inns and have not encountered these issues. read more

My son and I stayed for a few days during his UNC orientation and other school-related functions, and were very happy we chose this hotel, which is just a few minutes away from the university. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, and changes up each day. All expectations met, though the reason I gave this hotel five stars are the awesome staff. In particular, the front desk clerks, Candice and Angie, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Above and beyond. Clark was very nice, too. Good job, Hampton Inn, for hiring such exceptional customer service personnel. Returning again in three weeks to see our son off, and will not stay anywhere else.
