All doors use RFID cards so it's a breeze coming and going as you please. Breakfast was also included and you had your choice of pancakes, omelette, sausage, potatoes, green chili, biscuits and gravy, cereal and yogurt. Coffee, juice and milk were on tap. On our first night, I moved the couch and found dog food and pet hair on the floor. We reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying they would clean everything the next morning. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it was concerning given the pet hair and dog food left in the room. We also dealt with an ant problem throughout our entire stay. When we brought it up, it felt like the staff blamed us because we had kids and food in the room. While we understand that food can attract ants, we expect a hotel room to be clean and free of pest issues when guests check in. Overall, the staff was polite, but the cleanliness and pest issues made what should have been an enjoyable trip much more stressful. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning standards for future guests.
