Stayed the weekend of Labor Day with the family. The most positive mention about our stay is the waiter who took care of us at breakfast time. He was excellent, personable, and attentive both days we had breakfast. The last day of our stay we were locked out of our room. Housekeeping came to our rescue and called the technician, who came right away and changed the battery of the keypad. The hotel rooms and doors need some care. The doors are all chipped in the bottom, the bathrooms are small and need updating. Carpet in the rooms should be changed to something that is easier to clean and maintain because it wreaks havoc for allergy sufferers. The air conditioner rattles and makes it hard to sleep. The smell of marijuana through out the hallways and elevator was nauseating. read more

I was very disappointed with how I was treated by the staff. I was surprised that management did not take responsibility for the way the situation was handled. Everyone makes mistakes, and guests come to a hotel for many different reasons and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would choose to stay somewhere with better customer service. I do want to mention that I did have one warm interaction with Liz at the front desk, and I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping and engineering teams in addressing a room that was not properly kept up. However, overall, the front desk experience and the quality of service from some staff members really need to improve, and they should step up in how they treat guests and the overall standard of care. read more

Booked for $420, but when I showed up the hotel held my room hostage and forced me to pay $710 at the desk just to check in due to an "error" Instead of fixing their system error, the GM and staff just pointed fingers, passed the buck, and pocketed my extra $290. The third-party app refunded my original amount, but this hotel actively scammed me out of the difference and completely refused to help. This is predatory bait-and-switch behavior. Book somewhere else unless you want to be extorted at the front desk. Currently disputing with my bank and filing a consumer fraud report. read more

Had a layover here. Had a hard time opening up my balcony door and then it magically opened up even after calling maintenance. Clean hotel, warm cookie waiting for you on the shuttle. Quick service. Beautiful hotel. Love the pool and didn't noticed they had a jacuzzi. Wished I had taken advantage of that but next time for sure I will. I also love that there is a Publix, pizza and Greek place walking distance. Chipotle is also walking distance but it's a stretch. read more

What's not to love about this hotel? We came here through the Resort Pass app. We booked a dayroom as well as poolside passes. Liz at the front desk was amazing! She helped us get everything together quickly and was gracious and friendly in every way. The dayroom was absolutely amazing, especially for the price. We came here to spend the day with our kids and grandkids and we will definitely come back. The pool area is very clean and spacious. I have been staying at Hilton Hotels for YEARS, so much so that I have been a Diamond member for the past 7+ years. I travel for work. I can honestly say I have never been treated the way this location treated me. Was scheduled to come in on a Monday, but had a family emergency come up the weekend before and had to change my reservation to come in on Tuesday. Something I have done a million times. I reached out to the hotel, and they told me unfortunately the reservation was paid ahead and could not be changed. I was told I could still check in on Monday, so I don't lose my reservation completely. Which is what I did. I checked in on Monday, and was even given a room and digital key through the app. Landed in West Palm Beach on Tuesday, and realized my reservation was not showing on the app. Called to verify it was a mistake, and lo and behold they had me down as a no show. I informed them I checked in, and was given a room and a key, but was then told they are fully booked, and they could do nothing for me. I asked to speak with the Manager named Kathy, who proceeded to infer that I was lying about checking in, or the system "Didn't take it". Never-mind I was given a digital key and room number. Again, didn't matter that I was a Diamond member, nor did it matter it was a mistake on their part. I was out of luck. I travel A LOT for work, and bring a ton of business to Hilton. The hotel is still great as always! One of the new things that I really like here is their fusion burger at the bar! This has a nice mixture of different meats that make it incredibly tasty. The sweet potato fries are also really fresh and crispy. And as always, I appreciate that they have an executive lounge open for drinks and snacks. Old Review: This is a great hotel with friendly staff, big rooms, good service, and nice perks. Plenty of free parking is available around the hotel. Only 1 working elevator at this location (one is out of order). It can take quite awhile, so maybe use the stairs. The rooms have an awesome view of the center common area that is filled with outdoor activities and trees. The gym is decent with several cardio equipment and a limited free weight section. The weights have grips that are falling off and need to be replaced. Depending on your status with Hilton, you get a $15 daily credit that can be used at their little market or at the bar. You also get access to their executive lounge that has a nice coffee machine as well as complimentary snacks and water/soda. The absolute Worst stay in a hotel that I've had in my life! It was a nightmare... the staff was rude, the room was dirty, we had all kinds of bugs & ants in our room, & the sheets & sofa had poop stains on them! And then we saw a bunch of stains on our pillowcases as well! Not to mention that the breakfast (that they made us pay for, btw), made us so sick that my husband vomited for almost two hours. I wish I could post the pictures of the obvious poop stains right on our sheets exactly in the spot where a poop stain would be when you sit down on a bed... I just can't believe the housekeeping staff couldn't see that when making up our bed. It didn't seem they cared about anything. Plus, our room was humid. The only way to explain it is that everything had a layer of dew on it, including all of our stuff. I wouldn't stay there again if you Paid Me this time! read more

I stayed here overnight before going on a cruise. Check in went seamless I had issues with the tone in requesting ID and what form of payment I was using. I had already booked through third party( my Employment). I understand this request is standard. Again the tone is what should not be standard. After,providing verification. I was told the only room that was ready was on the second floor.This room provided a view of the back parking lot. Not even the highway as other's have mentioned.I guess in my pricing range this was the best my hard earned money deserved.Priced at 117.00 I assumed I could do better.I mentioned I could wait but was told this was the only room that was ready. Located (244-249) After checking for what my standards are in hotel room I discovered this room needed more attention.I requested a new room immediately and I will admit the tone in that conversion was a bit different. I was given an upgrade to what was called the garden view. I was asked I quote "how would I like that? "Giving you an upgrade for no charge"? Well given the circumstances I liked it a hell of lot better. The Garden view room (318) is located on the the side with views of the pool as well! Decent upgrade. A few things ....I would cancel out the second floor if I had preference /unless maybe you were near the pool. The room on the third floor was bagless as well. I recommend grabbing bags at the publix if you need them. Also CVS is adjacent to the garden view on the opposite side of the fence. I usually stay at Marriott properties and not Hilton but I was not given a choice on my recent trip. Not having status definitely changes the experience. I'm used to a different level of service because I'm Titanium at Marriott. This property was OK. The chocolate chip cookies are delightful and the staff was friendly. The room was average but could stand to have a Deep clean. They didn't clean the room each day or replace towels, etc. I'm assuming if I had asked for this, they would have done this. The meeting space is small and needs some updated equipment. My laptop doesn't have VGA so adaptors were needed. It's time for an upgrade to high def projectors in the meeting spaces! Beautiful grounds; we enjoyed our meal relaxing in your lobby lounge area, however, after retiring to our room, there was UNABATED and VERY loud (screaming, laughing) use of the pool after 10pm for 45 minutes and then again at 2:15am. Calls to the front desk were the only way to get it stopped. Security apparently doesn't patrol the grounds? Are there no cameras? We paid $400 for a lousy night's sleep. Never again. read more

I recently traveled to West Palm Beach with some colleagues.  As a Floridian, I am well aware it is hot and humid in July.  What I was not expecting, was for it to be warm and muggy in the lobby as I walked in.   The staff member at the front desk offered to check me in, informed me of the $50 per night incidental fee, and let me know the hotel recently upgraded to swipe cards for room access (credit card type keys many of us are used to using).   I was given two cards, one for my room, and a separate one for gates (programmed individually). The lobby had a musty smell and the temperature got warmer as I headed to elevator.  When the elevator door opened, the floor was equally warm and musty smelling.  As I entered the room, a pungent odor hit me immediately.  The room smelled like mildew, mold, and an unpleasant odor I just cannot put into words.  I literally left and went to the store to purchase 4 plug-in air fresheners, disinfectant spray, and wipes. The toilet was not secured to the floor. When standing up, the entire commode rocked. For reference, I weigh 125 lbs.  The trash can was dirty and stained. The mirror was chipped off on the bottom corner.  Baseboards were dirty, paint chipped off.  The magnifying mirror on wall was rusted, wobbly, and loose enough that it could not stay in position. The track on the glass door was damaged with sharp edges. The desk chair was stained and rusted.  Cabinet door hinges were loose, causing the door to drop down when opened. The alarm clock was not plugged in.  I looked behind the night stand and noticed a pile of wire spaghetti piled on the floor with a power strip, which, I would guess, was a code violation.  When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. None.  I do not mean it was warm, not as hot as I prefer.  I mean NO hot water.  None.  I called the front desk.  The staff member let me know the supervisor would be in tomorrow and I could tell the supervisor then. The staff member said they could send maintenance but it is a problem with the boiler or something.  They hope it will be fixed the next day.   I mentioned this was one of several issues with the room. "Okay" was the response I received, without any additional inquiry.   I walked over to the desk, turned on the light and small bugs were all over the desk- crawling ALL OVER the desk!!  I called the front desk again, reaching a different staff member this time .  The staff member apologized and offered to put me in another room. The staff member brings me a key for a second room.  I again mentioned there were other issues with the room.  "Okay, I am sorry about that", is the reply. I gathered all my belongings and went down one floor to the new room.  I opened the door and was grateful that it smelled less musty than the previous room.  I turned on the light, and just as in the previous room, bugs went running all over the desk!!  I headed to the front desk, dragging may luggage and multiple bags.  I was ready to check out and find another hotel, which would have been quite the inconvenience, since I was traveling with work and my colleagues were also staying at this hotel.  I was offered a third room, another floor down . A staff member helped me with my luggage. When we walked in, reached for the light switch, which did not work.  This third room smelled better, but still musty. There were no bugs.  Thankfully.  Finally settled, I went to get ice and the ice machine did not work. The ice machine on the third floor did not work either. There was one functional ice machine for the entire property.    The bar had only one white wine option.  There were no nonalcoholic beer options.  During the three night stay, a staff member told our group we should not stay there.  We should find another hotel. We never saw housekeeping staff, no cart in any hallway.  No evidence of them being on site.  After the first night, the water was lukewarm but was never hot. When I was checking out, shortly after 0600, I was told the system would automatically check me out. I asked to be checked out at that time, explainung I needed a paper receipt. I was told by the front desk staff the system was down for an audit and they were working IT.   A receipt would be emailed to me. No empathy expressed. No attempt to provide the requested receipt.  No apology for my inconvenience. When the receipt was emailed, it was incorrect.  I had to call the hotel to get it corrected. I travel regularly.  This was by far the worst experience I have had in many years.   I strongly advise anyone considering booking a reservation at this location to find another hotel. read more

This has to be the worst DoubleTree. Our room was located two buildings from the main lobby. When you walk in the main lobby, it looks nice and the attendant was nice. But then it felt like a bait and switch... they said our room was in a building in the back... I walked into my building. I read the rooms were recently renovated... not these rooms! The ceiling is the old low, popcorn ceiling with yellow lighting throughout which makes it very dark. The bathroom was like a cave- dark and small and very dated. The curtains hung over the air conditioning unit, so the cold air goes up the curtains instead of in the room. I had to rig it with a pillow so I could get air. The worst part? The floor! Who puts dark brown floor tiles in a bedroom area? It also goes up the side of the wall instead of trim... I'm guessing so they can just mop up whatever nasties are on the floor? Ew. I've never been in a sleeping area with no rug- not even a small area rug! It felt like a Walmart restroom with a bed thrown in. The noise from the highway is atrocious. Even with the noise machines on our phones, you can hear the traffic like a window is open! This place needs some serious updating- better yet just year it down and start over... read more

This hotel has been remodeled but the carpet isn't cleaned as well as it should be, smells stale at times. I have been here twice in the past month and it has been the same thing.. I have not eaten food at the hotel in years so I cannot attest to what the food at the restaurant tastes like. The rooms are decent sized and the satellite TV is touch and go depending on what room you are in. Last night was a very rough night as there were people in the pool until VERY late past the time the pool is supposed to close. Contacted the front desk and was told that the hotel cannot ask people to leave the pool even though it was closed. I did ask them to at least have them calm the noise down because I had to get up very early and that request wasn't honored either.. read more

My husband and I came here for a wedding last weekend and I have to say they did a spectacular job. It was held outside underneath a canopy and the weather was nice. There were fans that were going and the newlyweds had fans and water for us to flap and enjoy during the ceremony in case we needed the extra breeze. The arch and chairs were set up nicely and the staff made sure that everything went smoothly during the event. After the ceremony was over, we were escorted and taken to the outside area for cocktail hour. The hotel had their own signature blue drink they had for the guests to enjoy as well as open bar and unlimited hor d'oeuvres being passed around by the servers. Cheese, shrimp, various bites, crackers, and more cheese made all of the guests and wedding party happy before the celebration. We were able to sit down at tables to enjoy the bites before the reception started. The reception was held in one of the ballrooms at the hotel. It seated all of us comfortably and there was a huge dance floor in the middle for all of us to shake our booties off. The DJ was in the front while the cake, head table, and gifts were in the back and the guests were seated on each side in between on the dance floor. The table set up was nice as well, but I thought there was way too much for each guest. There was barely enough room to move a glass off of the table and let alone the silverware being almost hidden behind the plate. Maybe it could have been spaced out to a couple more tables with the guests to breathe a little bit more with the spacing of the plates and silverware. The food was excellent on the other hand. I had the stuffed spinach chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was presented and cooked beautifully. There was also another option of having steak and Chris thought his was really good as well. I had a bite and it was good, but I liked mine better :) We were able to pick from two different kinds of flavor of cake with coffee. I'm not sure if the hotel made the cake, but it was delicious. They were chocolate peanut butter and carrot cake. Usually, a wedding cake only comes with one flavor, but not this couple. They turned it up a notch and kudos to them for thinking outside the box on that one. The hotel has a modern decor with a spacious lobby. We had the option of staying there, but since we live only 20 minutes away, we decided to opt out and save some bucks. It looks like the rooms are nice and some of the guests said that it was well kept up in the rooms. I can't write about that since I didn't stay overnight, so let someone else do that part :) It turns out that the lady who planned our wedding at the hotel where we got married at ended up coming here to do the same thing, so I knew that the newlyweds were in good hands. read more

8/12/2016 Love the modern decor and spacious lobby with high ceilings! Yea me I was luckily to check-in before 3:00pm. Gigi, the front desk handed me my keys and two of DoubleTree's famous chocolate chip cookies which contains walnuts along with a cold bottle of water. I was staying on the third floor...woah baby "mama like" the free upgrade room to a King size bed as JetBlue mistakenly booked two Queen size bed for me! I had a lovely view from my balcony with Palm Trees all around me. I quickly changed into my bikini to get some "tanning time" as the sun was blazing. Good thing it rained only twice within the four hours that I stayed by the pool. There was a sauna near the bathrooms as well but I dipped in there for a short period of time since it was already a HOT DAY! 8/13/2016 The front desk called for a car service (E&R Transportation Inc.) to pick me up then head over to John D. MacArthur Beach State Park which normally costs like 30 bucks...I believe since my driver gave me a birthday discount which I paid $15! I feel that's still a rip off because I came to West Palm Beach to be closer to the beach instead of being driven about 15 mins to get there. I think the hotel really should think about investing money into their shuttle buses because the parameters is only 3 miles #totallybummer 8/14/2016 *my actual birthday* My good friend Andrea G called the hotel to arrange for a free complimentary breakfast on my actual birthday (8/14/2016). Jakob R, the front desk decided to give me free complimentary breakfast for my entire stay which was the sweetest gesture. I got to meet Jakob R and personally thanked him because I feel pretty special on my birthday far from my family and friends. He also gave me a card to redeem at the bar for a free slice of chocolate cake...awwww! I really enjoyed my 3 nights here at the DoubleTree! You should give it a try too =) read more

I checked into this Doubletree on the late side it was probably close to midnight. Down here in West Palm for work and I wasn't sure where exactly I would be so I didn't make an advance reservation. When I got on the phone app to make my reservation there was plenty of room so I was happy to take it. When I got here I was surprised to realize that I had actually stayed at the Embassy Suites across the street A few years back for a conference, it's funny how all these hotels run together. When I arrived on the property the landscaping was nice and it was well lit which is always helpful. I got lucky to find a parking space about 15 spaces from the front door so I was extra happy. When I rolled into the lobby with my carry-on bag nobody was at the front desk. Well it is almost midnight so I can't blame them. There was a security guard standing in the doorway of an office and he yelled back to the desk attendant that there was a customer. I was greeted at the counter in a friendly enough manner and the guy was kind enough to switch my payment to the credit card I had in my hand rather than the one that was built into my app. It was so late and I was so tired that I totally forgot about the glorious chocolate chip cookie but he kindly reminded me, well pointing out that they contain walnuts which is a bonus for keeping people safe. My room was on the second floor, room 219. This room is at the end of the hallway. While the lobby is beautiful and gorgeous and modern, the hallways are pretty average. Looks like any chain hotel. When I was in the elevator I was surprised to notice that although I stay in Hilton Hotels very often and I have had the honors program membership for at least a decade, the desk guy did not put me on the honors floor like they're supposed to. When I got in my room the room also was clean and contained everything I needed but while the paint is nice and the furniture is certainly not offensive, there is just something about it that you can tell this is an older property. Actually it's probably the big air conditioning unit on the floor by the window which seemingly used to be controlled by a dial on the unit but now is controlled by a panel on the wall. The bathroom was adequate, there is no mold, there were no hairs lying around to greet me. There is this standard selection of toiletries in case you forgot your own. Other reviewers have mentioned that the room feels damp and that is my experience as well. It seems that maybe the air-conditioner units don't effectively remove the moisture from the air. It really doesn't bother me but it was noticeable. Across from my door was this glass door that heads outside and I think it probably goes to another building on this property. I found that kind of odd that you have to actually walk outside to get to other rooms in the same hotel. I read in a couple of the reviews that they have a special breakfast lounge for honors members however the guy never mentioned that to me at all, so if they do have that I guess I missed out. It is noteworthy that they call this a walk out balcony which it is, it's just tiny and it hangs out over the parking lot. Also noteworthy that this hotel is adjacent to the highway so there is some definite road noise. At 1 o'clock in the morning the idiot next-door to me kept going in and out of his room slamming the door and whistling very loudly, I guess he was drunk. I put a pillow over my head. That is not the fault of the hotel. It is noteworthy however that I could clearly hear him whistling from the hallway as well as from his room which was next to mine. In the morning starting at about 7:45 AM I could hear people walking down the hallway and opening doors and extra annoying was the fact that I believe a cleaning person was standing out in the hallway outside my door shaking out a large size trash bag to put in their cart. You can't believe how much noise a large size commercial trash bag makes when you shake it out over and over and over. Sigh. Normally I really love the Doubletree properties because they contain friendly staff and you know exactly what you're going to get. I love the cookies although I forgot to eat my last night, and they work hard at making the lobbies and common areas very nice. This one was basically very good and appropriate other than the few things I noted. I See some unrealistic complaints on this thread but really people, this is a Doubletree Hotel this is not the Ritz Carlton so you need to adjust your expectations to what you are paying for and for the price this is a great place. read more

Will never return. There are signs ALL OVER saying how serious they take cleaning and how much extra cleaning they do. Then please explain to my why, upon entering our room, my boyfriend and I found a USED mask under the curtains?? The bathtub drained slower than a turtle and always had a foot of water while showering. We specifically asked for housekeeping everyday so they could replenish shampoo and towels. They never came the entire 3 day stay. Upon check out and explaining the issues, we were told "oh, sorry". We'll go across the street next time we're in town. read more

My experience here at DoubleTree has been amazing!! First impression from Mike, our van driver, set the bar high! Mike was on time, professional, clean van, super friendly and consummate professional. All the hotel staff I've interacted with have been amazing. From the front desk gals, to the cleaning staff, and the bar tender, the staff makes this place worth staying. The hotel grounds and common areas are all immaculate and recently refreshed. While the room is a bit dated and tired, it is nonetheless clean, well kept, and I have no complaints. Ate at the bar last night. Service was great! Beer options were good. I had the coconut shrimp (came with a sizable side salad (which I was not expecting) and the grouper sliders with the side of sweet potato fries. Honestly, waaaaaaay too much food for one person but it was so good I stuffed myself full! read more

We spent two nights at the DoubleTree Palm Beach Gardens hotel this past weekend. I am not much of a complainer or letter writer, but I do feel compelled to report that it may have been the worst lodging experience I've ever had at a hotel. Considering that I'm 64 years old and have traveled most of my life, that's quite a statement. Rather than boring you with the five-part harmony and full orchestration, I'll just say that the first night we were there - Saturday night - the noise outside by the pool was outrageous. There was literally screaming and yelling from partiers until three in the morning. That is not an exaggeration. I reported this to the front desk the following morning, and the clerk's smarmy response was, "Well, we had a soccer team in, and we know it was loud, but what would you have wanted us to do?" I didn't think that such a tone-deaf response was intelligent or thoughtful enough to warrant more conversation, so I just left. We probably go to West Palm three or four times a year, and I can't imagine any reason to stay at this hotel again. read more

This hotel has bedbugs and I found a bug in my bed when my husband woke up from a nap after we got done coming from a party. It was crawling around in our blankets. We called the front office and at first they told us they couldn't give us any other rooms then they told us that they had one room available and stuck us in a room that has dust stains on the carpet the dresser is dirty the beds are not what I wanted they are two full beds and I had a king bed. They told me and my husband we could not get our money back until they had an inspector come in and look at the room. Keep in mind I have a five-month-old baby with me so packing everything up and moving from the sixth floor to the first floor was not only inconvenient but frustrating. read more

We stayed here on our last night in Florida, and I was really impressed. Not sure why the reviews are so low? The room was huge and the best comfortable and it wasn't expensive at all! The pool was packed with people much younger and with better bodies than I, but that's what happens when you get old! The guy in the counter was also nice/funny and could give Mel Brooks a run for his money! You feel like your away from the city because the greenery blocks it out. After the second day, I realized there was a CVS, Mall, and gas station within a block. The only negatives were the distance from the beach and the 3-Mile restriction placed on shuttle service. As a result, the airport and beach were not shuttled. read more

Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I understand covid restrictions but not getting your room cleaned for days when the staff are in the hallway with their phone and gossiping is unacceptable. The bartender didn't want to work and turned 7 people away - they don't have the ingredients for maritinis, margaritas, the liquor is too far on the shelf etc. Bullshit place. I stayed here on one night while on a business trip this week. I found it to be a nice property. My room was nice sized. The ac worked well. I did think the bathroom was small especially the counter top. Also the drain in my bathtub didn't drain well. I reported it at check out. They have a special lounge for Hilton Honors members that also serves a breakfast. I would stay here again. Front desk staff was courteous. read more

Rooms are clean but outdated. Staff is friendly. No fuss hotel. Just basic for an overnight road trip stay or quick meeting. But if you get a room on the tower facing the highway, expect to be up all night. It feels like the window is open, its so loud. Sometimes its even hard to have a conversation inside the room. They need to put soundproof windows. read more

I just stayed here for two nights during a business trip. Although I am only giving it 3 stars, this is a good hotel and a very good set up. It is an average hotel on my scale since a Ritz Carlton would be a 5 star. But the overall hotel experience is good. The location is directly next to I-95 and across the street from a pretty large shopping/dining area with several very good restaurants within walking distance. Many great golf courses are nearby but for a solid hotel, big pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, lobby bar, guest hospitality room with snacks and tv and an overall positive experience, this is a good choice. read more

The power went out yesterday which made the elevators stopped working. We are on the 6th floor and I have a medical condition and can't walk up 6 flights of stairs had to sit in lobby for over an hour. No one offered to assist with a lower floor room. Also hotel needs TLC as it looks run down and smells old. Staff is nice but not worth a return visit. read more

I never travel to Florida in the summer but this week we had a family function I stayed at the Hilton Doubletree fresh paint ....it's all downhill from there, one elevator you got a walk a mile to get to your room my room has not been attended to in three days ...I would go elsewhere same sheets And every day we will call for towels still nobody service the room I called the front desk nothing but bad attitude this place is a dump.....part 2 we just got back to the room beds were made with same sheets .... To be spiteful they left no toilet paper no tissues and throw out a full bag of pretzels ....what a joke read more

When I arrived I noticed that the carpet was so dirty, the rooms worn out, the windows were flithy and the mirror had something on it (not sure, but looked like snot or gel) room #338. The blow dryer barley worked and it took my hair almost 20 minutes to dry each morning. The shower leaked all over the floor no matter how hard I tried to hold the liner down with the magnets and lastly I slipped on the bathroom floor and hit my head on the tub, obviously not bad, but still. Each day I tried my hardest to prevent the shower from leaking all over the floor, but it was ridiculous. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom so I had to wait for the steam to clear. The air conditioner was either blowing so hard or off. (I was either freezing or hot). Very uncomfortable. I also had coffee in my room on the first day and my cups were not replaced for two days. I went into the bar area to get a drink and no one was working. read more
