My insurance has been trying to get in touch with this Dr FOR MONTHS to request a coding review for the orders he sent to Labcorp, but no results. Too many transfers and no results. That being said, I don't recommend this place. I have attached the screenshot of my Insurance texts and my last email I sent to this office's Billing Department so you can have your conclusion. My husband and I feel lucky we found Dr. Brennan through Googling, and after our very first meeting realized that the mode of care he and Jais provide--expert, personalized, unrushed, warm, attentive, responsive--is truly one-of-a-kind in this day and age. Throughout my pregnancy, I continued to marvel that if I ever had a question or needed help, I could reliably reach Dr. Brennan or Jais (also highly expert) quickly via phone. I never felt like I was bothering them with questions or concerns. There was never any portal message tag that you get at other offices--it was always a prompt call back. This responsiveness provided me and my husband with great peace of mind, and it frankly ended up feeling like a bragging point amongst our friends, none of whom have had similarly personalized experiences with their providers. It felt like a gift to know that Dr. Brennan, with whom we'd been building a relationship for many months, was the doctor who would reliably deliver our baby (not the case at big practices). Our baby was breech and needed to be delivered via planned C-Section, which I felt emotionally prepared for, thanks to Dr. Brennan and Jais. Dr. Brennan's office coordinated everything well with Lenox Hill Hospital, which, by the way, was fantastic as well. The morning of delivery, when nerves are naturally high, Dr. Brennan's characteristic calm, kind, and witty demeanor was such a balm. Our baby was born beautiful and healthy six weeks ago, and my recovery has been smooth so far. I couldn't recommend Dr. Brennan more enthusiastically for the right family (those who want a highly personalized and un-rushed experience from an experienced physician). I joined One Medical after hearing amazing things about this practice. I called in and mentioned…read morethe kind of issues I needed to discuss: hormonal, thyroid related, birth control. They then suggested I see this woman who calls herself a doctor. I went to see her and I clearly had laryngitis because I kept coughing and my voice left a lot to be desired. She first mentioned 'oh, so you have laryngitis, but that is not why you are here today...' and completely ignored the fact, not checking my throat and lungs, not asking how long I had had it, etc. In the half hour I was with her she barely made eye-contact, keeping her gaze on the screen... as I later found out, seeking info she lacked. We discussed my thyroid issues and the birth control options before me. We talked about the option of a diaphragm, she is, after all 'a birth control expert' and I asked how it works. She said you stick it in before sex and immediately after sex you pull it out. I asked 'really? immediately after?', she repeated herself and said yes, immediately after. I mentioned that I had read somewhere that in order for it to work it has to remain inside for at least a few hours. She then said she would look it up, she turned to her computer and printed out a page, where it said the diaphragm had to be kept inside at least six hours. She was too wrong to mention. I mentioned I could start using that method after the hormonal period of the current method is over. She said I didn't have to wait for that period to be over, who cares I have hormonal issues, let's mess with them a bit more and interrupt an estrogen dose just because! I asked her if the hormonal birth control had anything to do with my thyroid, and she said it didn't, because, as the all knowledgeable doctor said, there is no scientific fact that hormones are related! I asked her if the fact that I quit smoking at the same time I started with the hormonal birth control had anything to do with the fluctuation in my body... she said it did not... of course, why would it? I mean, nicotine doesn't affect metabolism, does it? I mean, that wouldn't be the reason millions of people use it to lose weight, right? I asked her how effective a diaphragm really is as birth control, she answered, 'well, you can use it if you don't really mind getting pregnant...' really? is that a real answer? She was quite unhelpful and undoctorly. I was beyond appalled when this private practice supposedly has such a high name. I have since then been to another doctor within the same practice who was much more helpful and friendly and actually cared and knew what she was talking about. "DR" Lansen should have her license taken away.

Their offices are clean and the staff is very professional and warm. There are many locations all over the city and it gives me comfort to know if I needed a doctor in a pinch, I could most likely get an appointment on the same or next day. Lab testing is extremely easy to schedule since they have flexible hours and you can just walk in. Lab results can easily be sent to me via email. Prescriptions can be emailed directly to my pharmacist. I love the convenience. My primary doctor, Honore Lansen, is someone who I have been seeing for two years and she has been a tremendous help to me for all sorts of medical concerns. I find her to be very caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. I am one of those patients who sometimes has a million questions, and she makes herself available via email to address my concerns. I feel like I have someone who can look at a problem from all different angles and give me great options from which to choose. She has also put me in touch with other referring doctors to address other issues and she does a great job of pulling everything together and following up. I really feel like I have a partner in my healthcare plan. I never feel rushed when we speak. She always takes the time to explain things to me. It's just a very comforting experience all around. I know I am in good hands.

The lady at the front desk was being very rude raising her voice and tries to convince me that I need to see the physician assistant instead and wouldn't allow me to visit for my annual because I came in for one 11 months ago. The entire team here are professional and deliver top notch performance. The front desk staff are spot on and just accommodating, the check out experience is accurate and fast paced. The office layout is spacious and immaculate. I can't say enough about Dr. Levy who has treated my mom's aneurysm for 10 years and there is complete trust in his capabilities. We found Dr. Zide very impatient and dismissive…read more He performed surgery on my boyfriend and refused to give him any type of pain meds despite him ALREADY being in severe pain, lacking sleep and could barely walk! He actually said "oh, you'll feel better after surgery!" - I told him not to sign the surgery consent until they addressed his pain, they finally called in a few days of Tylenol 3s which made no sense to me as he was already taking extra strength Tylenol without relief. I get that there's an opioid problem, but when you're in tears and cannot walk from a massive hole in your leg, then you get surgery to have a wound vac installed, don't you think that warrants SOMETHING? Of course the Tylenol 3s didn't provide any relief, we went through several sleepless nights, at his follow up 3 days later, still complained of terrible pain but was told there was nothing they could do. The hole in his leg looks like a shark took a bite out of it and there's a machine attached constantly applying pressure! The hole measures 8cmx6cmx6cm - NOT SMALL!! Again, competent doctor but very impatient and dismissive, cuts you off, horrible bedside manner. He's at least 75 years old (doesn't look it from all the plastic surgery he's gotten), and I really think when you start to be so jaded you treat your patients like that, it's time to retire.

Their staff may forget to put the appointment in the system after they have told you that you have an appointment and its all your fault. If this was not right next to my house and if Dr. Cohen was not so nice, I would have switched a long time ago. But as soon as I had something of a serious nature for the first time in my life, he for some reason is not able to accept my complaints as valid. And he breaks one of the rules of doctoring which is to believe the patient's complaints! He has actually for the past seven months been denying that what I describe as my symptoms are happening! This is the logical extension of his sunny disposition. I remember now that he has often been that way. I once told him that after wearing a heart monitor for 13 days, the result was first degree heart block. He said, "Oh, that's nothing!" My stepdaughter told him he had a spot on her lung of 0.5 centimeter. He said, "Oh, that's nothing!" And I remember how in past years, I always leave his office feeling better than when I came. But the day came seven months when I presented with a serious condition, and he has persisted and persisted since in saying, "Oh, that's nothing. It's all in your mind." (He has actually told me that the main thing wrong with me is my mind. I learned that that is called "gaslighting.") And I know that isn't true, and I know he is wrong. And if this same thing happens to you, you should be apprised that that is the day you must make a decision--whether to continue to put yourself in danger or to part ways.

Anyway, I went to her for an annual and I've been to both of her offices. Both are clean, bright, with lots of parking. Dr. Senthilkumar is an awesome doctor, she is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Her bedside manner is great and not once did I feel uncomfortable (and believe me, gyne physicals can be) but she was great on both times I went. Also, easy to reach and her staff are all great. Personally, I didn't wait long for any of the visits I've had with appointments and that alone is something to praise. She is definitely my doctor now. So glad she is in-network with my insurance.

But Dr. Senthilkumar was very caring and friendly, informative, understanding, professional, and all the good qualities a doctor should have. Even when she was doing my ultrasound, she was calm and asked me to relax....distracted me with small talks since I was very nervous. It was worth driving an hour to see her.
