They were quick which was the biggest benefit but missed various obvious signs of damage I have…read morefound within 2 or so weeks of moving in. Electrical in garage is missing a ground, something a 5$ tester will tell you that wasn't peformed. Exposed wiring in upstairs was discovered shortly after move in. Water damage in roof (garage is exposed and your able to see plywood) which would have been seen with a flashlight. the list can go on, again very simple things I should have even caught prior to move in but figured I could trust a home inspector. I would go elsewhere next time that's for sure.
