Honestly my girlfriend is picky AF!!!! She would drive all the way to Costa Mesa to get her car detailed and washed because she doesn't like taking it to just anyone. I came across Doug Wash Auto Detailing, she drove down but couldn't get a wash because Doug takes appointments and was booked for the day. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! I called to get a quote but no one answered. A few minutes later a man called back and did not introduce himself. Instead the first words out of his mouth were "WHO THIS?" I asked him who he was because I didn't save the number in my phone. He still didn't tell me who he was or why he was calling. He continued to rudely question me and ask why I called him. When you go up north on Lake, you will see a sign of "Car Wash" behind some buildings after you pass the corner of Morada PL on your right. He's known around town for doing great work. When I got there I told him how I was told by the barista across the street and he does a great job and just for saying that he gave me a deal.
