A few weeks ago, we were lucky enough to be offered the last slot available this season, and jumped at the opportunity. Since that day, we have already spent over a dozen hours at the club. The kids love being in the pool and are learning to swim, and my wife and I love the fact that the Club is not too crowded. A few other things I appreciate: - They always have life guards, and the staff is friendly. - Shallow water in the majority of the pool area allows kids to learn swimming. - Adult Swim at 45 minutes past every hour gives kids under 12 a break and lets adults swim in peace! - They sell treats (like ice cream) for a dollar. - Plenty of seating and lounging areas, with shady umbrellas. - Free wifi. - The picnic areas, barbecue grills, and cabanas are perfect for birthdays and other parties. I have known Katelyn for about 2 years since I've been swimming in the lap pool.....she has always been very friendly and is a pleasant presence @ your Center. Recently I reported to her that the shower head in one of the handicap shower stalls was leaking.......she had it replaced the next day which in my book is EXCELLENT customer service!!! What ever she is being paid is not enough......great employees are hard to come by and even harder to retain......so I strongly suggest that she be given a raise immediately!!!
