Wouldn't suggest renting from the property at 108 Main St. It's a nice unit BUT the down stairs "yoga" (not yoga) is extremely loud & inconsiderate at all hours (before 7am almost everyday). From my understanding, it is in violation of the town bylaws & ordinances. I couldn't hear my tv & the floors would shake it was so loud. Unnecessary & exceeded the volume decibel limit with no proper soundproofing. I was out the minute my lease was over. I complained several time & instead of fixing anything Douglas King Property threaten eviction. The yoga studio also took advantage of the parking situation. Definitely do not rent this unit. Hope any future renters for this unit find my review helpful! I wish I was warned! read more
