When I sold my house in a very quiet rural area and decided to rent, finding someplace quiet yet…read moreclose to the city was a top priority. After doing my homework and reading reviews on apartmentfinder and rent.com, I narrowed it down to three choices before choosing Lenox Farm. Eleni was my leasing agent. She was helpful, pleasant and courteous, and always prompt in getting back to me. When she was not available I found Andrew to be great at answering questions and getting back to be in a timely fashion. Kudos to both of them for being so great. They helped make my move (both in and out) as well as my overall experience at Lenox Farm easy and enjoyable. Obviously one's experience is going to vary upon where they live in this or any other community. My unit was in the back corner on the second floor. After doing such thorough research I expected it to be quiet, but I had no idea that I would never hear a single surrounding neighbor. Couple that with the fact that I had a private garage that entered directly into my unit, and I knew I had made the correct choice. During my one year stay at Lenox Farm, I tried to see the negatives that other reviewers had pointed out. Yes, occasionally people parked alongside the curb right outside of their unit. However, it was always addressed pretty quickly as the cars would only be there for a week or two before returning to the correct parking spaces. I would say I walked around the community a fair amount, particularly in the nicer months, and never found any stray animal waste. The clubhouse, pool, gym, and other amenities were always available when they were supposed to be, well maintained and enjoyable. I spent more than my fair share of time at the pool Last Summer. The community grounds were always meticulously maintained, and snow removal never caused even the slightest delay in my daily routine. If I had to find something to gripe about it would be the following: -Occasionally the shower would take a while before hot water was present, even in the warmer months. -The price seems a little on the high side (Rent was equivalent to a mortgage on a $425,000 house) considering it's Braintree and not the city, but is consistent with surroundings communities, and by far the best value. (meaning they're all overpriced). -The front gate was broken and stayed open for months at a time. Before moving a little further south to be closer to work I had a change of heart and wanted to stay at Lenox Farm, but by that point my unit was already leased to another (apparently it's a desirable unit). Nobody's fault but mine. Overall my experience at Lenox Farm was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering renting south of the city.

Not a fan of this apartment...moved here out of convenience, but would never recommend. Firstly,…read morethe leasing price we were originally told wasn't the price we ended up getting because each day it took for us to sign the lease they added $7 to the final bill. On top of that, the place they showed us/ moved into, was ridiculously dirty, cobwebs, mold, rusty dishwasher, broken light switches and foul hallway smell. We haven't even lived here a year and we've had to replace a leaking dishwasher, two leaking toilet and dryer that didn't dry clothes throughly. But the worst of it all on a day like today where the temperature is -4 the thermostat isn't working properly, which is something we brought up to management last winter and they told us to put plastic on our windows...but this place is labeled as "luxury". Leasing office tried to claim that nowhere does the complex claim to be luxury when indeed it does. Also they went out their way to "update" the dog park but meanwhile the kids park is run down and out of date. But they have the nerve to send passive aggressive emails urging kids to not play in front of their apartments. Also, I don't get why the trash shoot is always broken, or why there arent speed limit indicators, or crosswalks or complete sidewalks. If their main concern is safety why not provide these safety measures for the residents. Packages are miss delivered/ stolen daily and the apartment complex does nothing about it, like adding package lockers or better signage. Or cameras at every doorway. This place as potential of being phenomenal but they drop the ball at every opportunity. Pro: the

Not as modern as some of the other apartment buildings we saw, but the size of our unit more than makes up for it. Management is relatively quick to respond to issues. I moved in July 10. Since then, we have had issues getting maintenance orders responded to in a timely manner (took about a week to repair the broken washer), though management communicated it was due to the head of maintenance being out so they were understaffed. Another issue I've noticed is with recycling - there is a large compactor at the entrance of the community that is absolutely chock full. So full that people had no choice but to place their recycling outside resulting in a huge pile of cardboard. The biggest issue is the package room. Every single building in the community has their own package room - but packages are extremely commonly delivered to the incorrect building, so it becomes a game of checking each building for your package. Overall I still have enjoyed living here so far, but it definitely has its quirks.

I was extremely disappointed with my application process, it was unnecessarily dragged out. Elevation staff are slow to respond to emails, I'm only able to reach someone on the phone about 50% of the time, and staff overall seems to be incompetent. Elevation originally miscalculated my income and tried to say I didn't qualify which was impossible. I calculated my income on my own, sent them my results and requested for them recalculate because an error was clearly made. I did not receive a response from them after multiple emails and had to call to see what was going on. After they confirmed that an error was made no apology was made. Makes me wonder how many people this has happened to. None of my questions have been clearly answered about the application process. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for efficient communication. Customer service is subpar for a "luxury" community.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Do not live here…read more I've been a resident for less than two months and my car was shot with a BB gun on their property -- my driver's side window completely blown out and multiple BB holes along the side of my car. This happened in what is supposed to be a residential community. I discovered the damage while leaving for a doctor's appointment. Management's response? Total apathy and disrespect. I was told, "Call your insurance company and get it fixed." When I asked to review security footage, I was informed there are NO cameras anywhere on the property. Zero. No security. No deterrence. No protection. Then -- unbelievably -- the staff member looked at me and said, "Well what do you want us to do about it?" That sentence alone tells you everything you need to know about how little this place cares about tenant safety. This property is unsafe, poorly managed, and completely negligent. They take your rent, provide no security, and when crime happens, they wash their hands of it. If you value your safety, your belongings, or being treated like a human being instead of a nuisance, run. I would break my lease today if it were financially possible. Since it isn't, consider this your warning: this place is not worth the risk. There are safer, better-managed neighborhoods and buildings -- choose literally anywhere else.

Nice grounds, severe safety concerns and more…read more.. Our stay at highpoint had highs and lows. We stayed from March 2025-June 2026. Pros include fast maintenance calls during regular hours (for damaged or broken items, normal maintenance etc). The grounds are always kept very nice, the building is always clean. I never had a package stolen or items missing. Unfortunately the list of cons outweighs the pros. During our 15 month stay we had several issues come up that were either ignored, pushed down the line, or told they did all they could. Within the first few months the luggage cart in the lobby of the building was damaged. I submitted a ticket and was told that they had ordered a new one. Upon leaving this June there still had not been a new one. On December 30th a party took place across the hall from my apartment. We asked them to quiet down and I submitted a ticket to let the office know they were not being respectful. December 31st they had another party. Well after midnight we asked them to quiet down. They were very disrespectful and threatened to beat up my girlfriend if she called the cops (they were all underage). Come to find these teens had broken into the building and into this apartment to have a party. Police eventually came and removed the kids. I brought this up to the leasing office and they had no idea. I asked for a follow up after I reported it and was concerned with the safety of the apartment and received no response. SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. Another party like this happened on Valentine's Day and again, no response or message shared with the community. This was the first year of severe snowstorms in a while. We paid for covered parking. The first snow storm, technically blizzard. I arrived home from work to find a car parked in my spot. I called maintenance and was told someone would be on it. A few hours went by and no movement and my car was covered with more snow. I submitted another ticket. The next day I went to the office with my frustration and was told "they probably just weren't towing last night". How practical is that? The next storm, the same exact thing. On another occasion, a car was parked in my spot, I went to the office to tow the car. They insisted that they call the resident first. I said I understand and waited in the office for them to call the resident. They would not call, stating "we like to give the resident some time before we start asking". I replied that I would be in the office until the car was moved as I pay for the spot and should not have to wait. They reluctantly called and the driver eventually moved the car. We had also been told back in January that work was being done on the gate to the parking lot. As of June the gate is still inoperable. Beginning in May we noticed a truck parked outside of the building with a driver every single day. All day all night. Eventually, curiosity got the best of us and we asked the driver what they were doing. They were a member of the Quincy Fire Department and they were on a detail because the fire sprinkler system in the building was not up to standard. This was never once communicated to any of the residents. This is a concerning aspect that was never communicated. We were told in the weeks leading up to Memorial Day that the pool was in disrepair and would not open on time. A few weeks later we were told that the pool was not going to be opened on their adjusted date as they could not get the permitting from the city. One would think that having lost the major amenity in the complex would result in a waived amenity fee. Not at Highpoint. Communication is truly the biggest issue in this complex. The leasing office does not seem approachable. They do not like taking responsibility or acting when residents ask. It takes over a week to get an email response, if you get one at all. Calling over the phone is impossible as their AI assistant ends all phone calls and asks that you leave a message that the office will never get back to you on. The downfall of this complex is the staffing. When we signed our lease the manager of the complex, Caitlin, was excellent. She was kind, responsive, helpful. When she moved locations everything went down hill. Communication was unheard of, the people in the office were rude, work orders stalled. Eric, Shamila, and the two others have a lot of work to do. It takes nothing to respond to an email or communicate effectively with your tenants.
