We heard home buying in Massachusetts was difficult and we were nervous being first time home buyers but Femion made it super easy. I was introduced to Femion via a colleague who raved about Femion's understanding of the local real estate markets. I have to say we were a little intimidated after hearing nightmare stories about home buying in general and how different institutions would request the same paper work multiple times. We still cant believe it was as easy as Femion made it. We were moving from California. My wife and I wanted to move to an area that was not too far from Cambridge as that is where we commute to. I could not take too many days off work as it was a demanding time. Femion was our realtor whom we found through yelp. I was a bit tentative on how this will work with us being remote.
