I called to ask to review my coverage and also was asking about the process to have my windshield replaced under insurance. Left several messages and emails and never received a call. I just figured it out for myself. When I moved to a new state, I went through a whole process which took months to get my WA state policy cancelled. Even after I started new coverage in my new state, Vince Funk continued to bill me for the policy which his agent told me would be cancelled. Months later I had to contact Allstate directly to have them cancel my policy because Vince could not be reached. My lien holder on my vehicle could never get ahold of him to have my insurance policy information sent over to them. I ended up having to contact allstate directly to finally get the info. Not sure what's up with Vince. Like I said it started off great and then turned into a huge hassle.

Then we asked for a home review due to our Homeowners insurance being so high. After they came out we were told it would take a week to get the results. 3 months later and still no results. We asked Shellie on numerous occasions. Each time it was "ohh let me check" then she would change the subject. After 6 months we decided to look for other insurance. We ended up going with State Farm. Not only did we get more coverage, add additional trailers etc but it was cheaper by $700! We called and left a message on a friday that we were canceling. She called the next Tuesday and was very confrontational. She said we owned an additional amount. We disputed that and asked for confirmation with numbers etc. It took about 2 weeks before we got anything. During that time she sent us to collections! We are currently fighting it.
