It's more like the alley behind the hospital. There's one handicapped parking spot closest to the building. A ramp goes up to the entrance door. The office is just to the right (first door on the right side), there is a receptionist to check you in. The first visit is for paperwork and a screening. After that they finish up the papers and send them in for approval. I went for pain in my back, hips, knees and neck and was approved for about 14 sessions. Everyone there was awesome. The therapist calmed my fears in coming by starting with low exercises. She turned off the lights during my migraines and she gave amazing neck massages. I even received hot or cold pads for my back when I needed them. When COVID-19 hit, they closed up and told me they would call me to reschedule my last 4 sessions when they re-opened for clients. I never got a phone call (minus a star). Our doctor referred my son for physical therapy on his back (he has congestive scoliosis). We told them we wanted to go to the one in Watonga when it re-opened because it's closer to us. That's when I found out they were open. They called me to set up an appointment for my son and said I could set up appointments when we came. They were very nice and very apologetic about it. My new insurance doesn't list them as in-network so I can't go anyway and I really don't want to start all over at a new place so I'm going to just let it go. Though, without knowing I still felt like it was their responsibility to call and they didn't. Other than that it's still a great place to go. I'm glad that Nation-wide pandemics are rare...

The front desk…read moreseemed irritated that I was there and even the lady conducting the test was snarky and assumed that I should've known exactly what to do. For one I have never had a professional drug test done and two I am barely 18 so I don't know what makes them think that I know what to do. For anyone that is needing to go in for a scheduled drug test, I would not recommend going here!

I was in town for work and looked on the Aetna site for local chiropractors. Dr. Wade is the only…read moreone in town, which is good for me so that I don't have to go far. It has been a few weeks since I have been to my chiropractor at home, but since I have been traveling a lot, I was in need. I called yesterday morning to see if Dr. Wade was taking new clients and if they still accepted Aetna. Mary said yes to both and that they had an opening at 10a (it was 9a when I called). I arrived at my appointment 15 min early, which was a good thing because of the paperwork that one has to fill out being a new client. Mary was so nice and explained what she needed on each form. Mary also gave me recommendations for local restaurants in town when she learned I was visiting. Dr. Wade warmly welcomed me with a smile and sat me down for a few minutes to get my past medical history and to talk about why I was visiting him. After he got a grasp of my situation, he had me sit on the table so he could feel my spine, then he got to work. He put a TENS unit on my back (he called it something like E Stem) and after that treatment, used a massager to relax my muscles. Dr. Wade manually manipulated my hip, spine, and neck, which audibly, you thought I was a porcelain he shattered, but physically, I felt magnificent. After my treatment, Dr. Wade explained to me how he fixed my back and what it did to each portion of my spine. For someone who has a background in biology and anatomy, I really appreciated this. I am coming back this Friday before I leave town. I highly recommend Dr. Wade!!

They have great prices on they're edibles and flowers. I haven't tried the concentrates. There's also a glass counter with misc. merchandise, shirts, creams, hitters, bongs, wrappers and more. There's no public bathroom inside but they also own the Hotdog Joint next door and it has a gender-neutral bathroom. I'll review it next. I have been to the other two dispensaries in town and they have nothing on this place. I'd recommend it to anyone!!! 5 stars all the way!!

For 6 years Dr. Stephens and his staff, did all my families dental work. This was in 2000 - 2006…read more Unfortunately, we had to move that took us out of the country. During this time, we saw dentists and hygienist, that could not hold a candle to Stephens staff of 2000 -2006. Moving forward to this year. We have moved back to Oklahoma. I called Stephens office...which is 2.5 hours away for a dental appointment. The appointment was made 4 months out. The receptionist said she couldn't find my name in the computer. So she would send me the new patient info to fill out (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). During the 4 months, I was called twice to reschedule; for a reason never given. I graciously did - each time. I was text several times (in the 4 months) to remind me of my appointment. I replied YES. Since I did not receive the "New Patient" paperwork, assumed I was found in the computer. I received a call yesterday, asking if I was going to make the appt. I said "Yes, of course". Once we hung up, I remembered I needed the dentist to call in 6 pills of Amoxicillin, because I had bi-lateral knee replacement in 2018. And before any oral cleaning or dental work, I have to have amoxicillin. Amoxicillin is a basic antibiotic that is required prior surgery. I only needed 6 capsules. Three capsules prior, then 3 capsules after. This has not been a problem for the other dentists. BUT, it seems Stephens office, will not call the script in because " I was seen as a New Patient." I laughed and said, "I don't believe I fall into that category since he was the one who placed upper veneers in my mouth in 2005 and did extensive work on my husband." Receptionist..."sorry, we won't do that until we see you." I had to cancel the appointment I had for 4 months. Next appointment was another 4 months. I said "just forget it." Receptionist - OK no problem. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Unprofessional! in the past 4 months! He might be a fair dentist, but his hygienist is who I wanted to see. Being a small town doctor, I think he and his staff would be more gracious. I was when THEY rescheduled each time. OUTCOME: I do not recommend this business. Appointments are changed, by the staff, a snarkiness in the receptionist, and a dentist who thinks he is too busy and his schedule is more important.

Very nice and…read morefriendly man, will take the time to get to know you, even though it can be awkward if he has his hand in your mouth so you can't exactly speak back. He knows his stuff. He's about 35 or so and has a family, and they are very nice. He came in on a Sunday afternoon for me once when I was hit in the mouth with a baseball, thats service. Very nice guy, and his assistants are also very nice. Highly recommended.

The street parking only allows for, I believe, four parking spots for both businesses. Coming in I was greeted and checked in. I was even told that if they don't except your insurance they will try their best to get that fixed so that they can. There was also hardly any wait time and I was already being called to one of the back exam rooms. Once there we went over a little medical history and my medications. Dr Nelson was quite knowledgeable about how some of my meds can affect my eyes. Dr. Nelson is friendly, down to earth and funny. He made me feel instantly comfortable in the chair. After my exam and pressure test, he put on my trial pair of contacts for me and even fixed the nose piece on my old pair of glasses while I was in the room trying out new frames with his wonderful receptionist, who made picking out frames a whole lot easier. I'm so grateful because I really dislike choosing which ones I like best. My new glasses came in today so it took about about a week to come in which is typically standard in this area. As I was pulling in to pick up the glasses my sister happened to be coming out. She said her frames broke and the receptionist let her choose a new frame. She popped out the both the lens's and put them in the new frame. Completely going out of their way for their patients. If you are looking for an eye doctor in THIS area then THIS is the place to go!
