I did not see the Senior Dentist, but a younger dentist who was recently out of Dental School. She was awesome to have as a dentist, and knew her stuff. She ended up moving to Colorado, which is the primary reason why I left Orange Door. In 2016, I recently started working down the street from Orange Door, and inquired about returning. This was because it was advertised they had Friday hours available, and a second dentist once again. The office manager would not allow me to return, even though I explained the primary reason was your dentist left. So, be warned: Orange Door expects their patients to be with them until they expire (LOL). In support of Josh B: I remember calling them many times, only to receive a voice recording. However, the same office staff expects you to pay for the treatment that insurance does not cover before you walk out the door. Funny how that works.

I called several dentist to try to get in before waiting 2-4 weeks. Both Yani, the national corporate contact and Markie, the local Manager were the first pleasant ones I contacted that could get me in next day! Today, I had 2 extractions, 1/2 periodontal cleaning and a crown started. Most of which is covered by Medicare with Humana. Dr Chein and staff (Kierra,Leslie, Uli and again, Markie) were all fantastic! Never had so much work professionally, efficiently done even at my lifetime Dentist!!
