The staff was very friendly, I didn't wait long in the waiting room, and I was done within 30min. The second time I had my cleaning and again I was able to get in fairly quickly. Even though the waiting room was busy, I only waited no more than 5-7min before being called back. My dental hygienist was, again very friendly, and since the dentist was busy we switched the order of the cleaning / exam so we weren't waiting or idle. I appreciated that.

I did not see the Senior Dentist, but a younger dentist who was recently out of Dental School. She was awesome to have as a dentist, and knew her stuff. She ended up moving to Colorado, which is the primary reason why I left Orange Door. In 2016, I recently started working down the street from Orange Door, and inquired about returning. This was because it was advertised they had Friday hours available, and a second dentist once again. The office manager would not allow me to return, even though I explained the primary reason was your dentist left. So, be warned: Orange Door expects their patients to be with them until they expire (LOL). In support of Josh B: I remember calling them many times, only to receive a voice recording. However, the same office staff expects you to pay for the treatment that insurance does not cover before you walk out the door. Funny how that works.

He needed a full mouth extraction and Aspen was the closest provider in network. Before we were allowed to even make an appointment for the surgery, we had to pay $5000. The day of surgery, a few hours before, I received a call cancelling the surgery with the reason given is that he is autistic. When I asked why they even made an appointment, I was told, and this is a direct quote "we didn't know." If you refuse to treat autistic people, why enroll in the panel that autistic people use? They were given all of his health information upfront. The autism was not a surprise, so yes they did know. Furthermore, balance billing Medicaid patients is illegal. I can't speak to quality of care, because care was refused.
