Dr. Michel is fantastic. She has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. She's easy to talk to and makes eye exams feel much less stressful. The front office staff is also always kind, pleasant, and easy to work with. I especially appreciate how easy it is to make appointments by phone or text. I go every year for my eye exam and prescription update, and the process is always smooth and efficient. I'll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Turns out, due to covid restrictions, the shop only allow a single guest OR a single family in at a time. Kevin (manager) manages the customer flow by closing the black gate after you enter. Service itself was fast and pleasant. I purchased 2 new frames with lens (1 regular prescription and 1 prescription sunglasses) plus new lens for my existing frames for less than what lens crafter charges for a new frame + lens combo. I happened to stumble across this shop through yelp, but I can't ever justifying purchasing lens from anywhere else again.

They have a variety of frames from different brands available to choose from with various price points catering to all budgets. Doctors are competent and take their time. Love that they give you your prescription immediately after your appointment and you don't have to ask for it. Other places give you a hard time.

First visit they didn't do a thorough exam to see the back of my eyes and was told I had to come…read moreback for that. I went back a few months later and had to wait over an hour. I asked staff whenever someone passed by when I'd be seen and was told she'd be right there. They had me in the part of clinic where eye glasses were sold so I believe they forgot I was there. The exam took about 10 minutes. I had to wear sunglasses and was told it would take a few hours for drops to wear off which was true. I found out later I could have been given something to counteract the effects of the drops. I will never go back to that office.
