Eye exam at Costco was no where near as thorough as with Dr. Swanson. Dr. Swanson gave me clear explanation of all facets of my exam, including recommendations of eyewear and products. My eyes are a little more complicated, astigmatism, getting a little older etc. It was great to see Sandy who helped me select new frames and measure me carefully to ensure my bifocals would align properly. Nice frames I'm very excited. Holly was wonderful processing my payment and setting time expectations for coming in to pick up my glasses. He takes meticulous notes and refers back to them on future visits, something for some reason other doctors don't do. Having a history with him has been really good for my vision. I'm in my 50's and still don't need reading glasses because he's adjusted my contacts so I can see near and far. My 3 kids also wear glasses and have been treating with him almost their whole lives. He takes VSP and other vision insurance. He also takes appointments on Saturdays, which is a big plus. The optical part is separate and they have a good selection.
