I have been in here a few times to look at new lenses and get my glasses repaired, and every time the gentlemen at the desk seems very annoyed to help. Keep in mind, there is either no one or maybe one other person when I walk in, so it's not like it's packed or anything. Today I went in to get my glasses realigned and the same gentleman was at the desk sitting down looking super annoyed and said I'll get to you when I can, you can grab a seat. I waited for a bit as he just sat there and stared at the other customer that was looking around then was on his phone. I'm not sure why this location's customer service is as drastically different from the Paso one as it is (I assume they have the same owner), but I would highly recommend checking out the Paso Robles location vs this one!

The first thing I asked was if the dr was on time. Then for my appt, it was supposed to be back to back, mine was at 10, we were there still, and at 10, she stated there were THREE people ahead of me, so an hour wait. Didn't mention they stated they "squeezed Max in today," so therefore the wait, because of their schedule mishap. Felt disrespected and won't go back. We just left, I had to get my kid back in school. Going elsewhere.

Countless times they have put a smile on my fiancee's face, brightened my clients offices and made my mom happy on mother's day! This shop does not do your standard roses with baby's breath, but brings a much more fresh and inspired take to the flower bouquet. Every time I visit, I have noticed that they have some new or unique flower I have never seen before. They work with local growers to get the best material available, and the shop workers are always very helpful.
