I've been taking my animals here for 3 years now with no complaints. No one is pushy here trying to make me buy things that are unnecessary. They take care of my animals and are reasonable about it. My two dogs have since passed away and I have a younger one again. They have neutered him, kept him up to date on vaccines and helped with a skin issue. Very pleased also with how easy it is to be worked in to be seen. I feel they try to accommodate you as much as they can.

My husband took him to the new vet, but they said they couldn't see him bc W&H just told them he was registered under my dad's name, and needed to call my parents to make sure my husband hadn't stolen him. My poor yorkie got very sick…read morewhile visiting family (I brought him with me because he is my ESA) and we called every vet in the area and this was the first location to be able to fit us in. They were quick to act to find out what was happening to him. Unfortunately they had to keep him overnight (broke my heart) but when we got him back the next day he was looking better already. We were briefed on how to administer his medicines and in less than 24 hours he was acting like himself again. What really sealed my trust in Dr. Thomas was that the office called us after a couple of days to make sure his symptoms were gone and his mood had improved. It was nice to know that they truly care about my boy and not just getting paid. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped us. I was so scared I was going to lose him.
