I requested that the Refrigerant line and drain line run parallel, so I could encapsulate them with solid plastic drain gutter, being that I expressed my concerns about any moisture under our Pier and Beam home. Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either. The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system. Yes, Brad seems very attentive. Each time he has been here, there is always a new fresh face. That says a lot about a company. What thru me, is that he's sending me an email to rate what they screwed up with a review? Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation. Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line. For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!

Tech came out around 11 am and worked until around 3 pm. Cost me over 2000 dollars. 4 hours after he left, the ac froze up and quit working again. I called and was told dispatch would call me right away with an appointment (mind you, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend another hot sleepless night.) After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable. Don't believe their stupid commercial talking about "we're not comfortable until you are." I'm sure they are going to dun me for more money tomorrow to fix what they failed to fix today. I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day. The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. Instead of trying to sell me a system he listened and made his assessment and opinion after first checking out my system, ensuring components were in working order, then advising me to put in a completely different thermostat b/c the one installed was 20 years old, required software updating (which probably had never been executed over the years) and corrected some INCORRECT WIRING ISSUES A PREVIOUS SERVICEMAN from another company completed less than a month earlier. Mike and his partner worked right in front of me educating me with all the answers to my inquiries and actually steering me AWAY from doing additional work at that time telling me the parts I questioned were still in good operating condition and didn't need replaced yet. THAT NEVER HAPPENS! Usually, customers are gouged and met with astronomical new figures to put in new systems when you just might not need one. Both of these servicemen then informed me they desire to build their reputation on good, honest work and NOT taking advantage of customers. INTEGRITY FOLKS, INTEGRITY.
