We hired him to do a couple of projects around the house, the most significant of which was to finish the projects we started of converting a small dog house covered area in the yard to a storage/potting bench area (see picture). I contacted Doug two days ago about fixing a few things. I had previously talked to another "handyman" that told me the project would essentially not be worth his time or my money and that one of the projects couldn't be fixed but would require a whole new door. This is where Doug comes in! He came over the next day (after briefly telling him my problems and sending him a couple of pictures) and fixed everything! I found Doug from searching "handyman" on yelp here. I needed help to get my washer and dryer installed and a large TV mounted on the wall because I don't have any of the tools to do. First, Doug came and installed the Washer and dryer and mounted my TV within 2 hours. He was speedy and quiet. However after a while a smelled gas and realized the dryer was leaking gas. I called Doug back up and he came to fix up his work and didn't charge for labor! I Highly recommend you call Doug. He has a minimum charge of $75 for labor. read more
