He has helped me with pretty much all of the repair requests for my two rentals in Elk Grove, including but not limited to painting the interior wall, repairing the damaged kitchen closet and faucets, repairing the leaky toilet, installing the microwave, oven, and dishwasher, changing the garage fire-rated door, repairing the circuit board, installing ceiling fans, setting up the irrigation system in the backyard, you name it. And his rate is VERY fair, given the quotes I got from others. He's also pretty honest about what he could and couldn't do, and so far I haven't found much that he couldn't do. The owner Sean referred me to the best local paint and flooring stores to save me money. I chose a light gray shade of paint over previously dark red walls, and it turned out amazing! They went the extra mile for me, when other bids wouldn't, to remove old motion sensors, alarm keypads, wires EVERYWHERE etc left from the paranoid sellers.
