We weren't equipped to make the necessary modifications cutting through tile and countertop. I called Julio, described the problem. He came right out, viewed the problem and gave us estimate before starting, which we found very reasonable. He proceeded with the work right away. We reached out to credit card company and disputed the expense, inasmuch as we had received neither repairs nor communications. GoodFellas had the audacity to challenge that dispute!
