Carrie shows great qualifications and prior to the inspection she sounded like she was very…read moreknowledgeable with inspecting any type of RV including a Motorhome which is what we needed. When we had her inspect a 2003 Beaver Motorhome she missed some very important aspects of the Motorhome and didn't seem very familiar with major common systems in the coach, therefore many things were missed or inaccurate on her report. For example, she was not familiar with Aqua Hot so she never checked it and when she turned on the water to test whether or not it was getting hot she gave us temperatures in the 60's leading us to believe the water wasn't getting hot but she didn't leave it on long enough for the temps to rise. When she tested the washer/dryer combo she never even checked to see if the water supply was turned on to it which it was not and reported to us that the rinse cycle was not working because there was no water coming out. She also never checked the suspension airbags, as well as the tag axle switch to see if they actually raise and the list goes on. Would definitely never use her again nor would we recommend her. We feel it was a total waste of money because after much conversation with the owners of the coach, they were able to prove that her report was very inaccurate.

They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car.
