I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

I am not real tech savvy and he even helped me apply for a loaner car, They needed information on my insurance on the computer. This guy must put on 20 miles a day on his feet. He is at the front desk, then he is in the shop, then he is in the office, and then he is outside getting the car ready for inspection. Eric, the mechanic who checked my car took me into the auto shop and showed me what had to be done and why. He also wrote up the estimate. Very good service. Then Rich came out and went over the estimate with me. Also very good service. I told them I had to think about it. There was no high pressure. There wasn't even low pressure. So I decided to trust them and I am glad I did. Then I had a problem with the loaner car. It was my fault not the cars. So I called 360. I told them the problem and Eric F. said he would send someone to help me. I was about 10 minutes away from the shop. In less then 15 minutes Shane, the owner of 360 showed up. In less then 1 minute he had the problem fixed. He was so polite. I apologized for my ignorance and for bothering him. He said it was no bother and he wanted to go for a ride anyway (he came out on his motorcycle). He was very understanding and kept reassuring me that I wasn't a pain in the butt. So everybody I dealt with there was very helpful and polite. This is where I take my cars from now on.

Took my car in to find out why it wouldn't start after it ran out of gas. They told me it had sugar…read morein the gas because they checked for pH level, which indicated sugar. Internet said sugar does not have a pH value and would not prevent car from starting. There would also be a kettle corn smell when running. I did not believe that since I had a locking gas gap so I checked the gas tank myself and it had water in it from the damaged gas can I used when it ran out of gas. The gas can had mostly water in it instead of gas. Easy fix compared to their $1600 they wanted to fix it. Water does have a pH value.

Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

We had a tire blowout on our camper trailer this morning (2nd blowout this week and we were already…read moreusing the spare) and no tow service could assist us with repairs or a tow on a 33' camper. Progressive Insurance outsources their roadside service and the service is horrible. We called Goodyear in Joplin to see if they had 4 tires to replace the dangerous Westlake tires that exploded and if they knew any roadside/tow service that could help us. RD at Goodyear was a saint! He had the tires we needed and personally drove 40 miles to the camper, removed all 4 tires, drove back to Joplin to mount the new tires and 40 miles back to the camper to put the new tires on our camper. Best service anyone could ask for - there aren't many good customer oriented service people as good as RD! Thank you so much for your caring and compassionate service.
