Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. I recently purchased an installation service through EcoFlow for a Smart Home Panel 2. Leroy from…read moreLJ Johnson Electrical Services reached out to me to schedule the installation. I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. Just do yourself a favor and avoid his services unless you want hidden fees and a lack of professionalism.
