Installed an Ecoflow home electrical backup power system for me, and did a great job. I didn't know much about the system, and LeRoy was amazing. We had several calls to discuss the installation before hand. The last component finally arrived from Ecoflow right before Christmas. As promised LeRoy arrived on the Friday before New Year's for the installation. It's a rather complex install, but he walked me through everything, and finished the job in a very long day. Very responsive and professional. Replaced our entire main electrical panel. Power was out for only a few hours. Clean install and all breakers labeled. When one new 50 amp breaker malfuntioned (not his fault), he returned the day I called to replace it and all the wiring to and from it just to make sure there was no further problem. read more
